Dare I say Starbucks has some competition! I am a caramel frappe girl, and I didn’t think they would make anything better than Starbucks but Laura at Café Amico really blew my mind. I’m glad I stopped by enjoying this frappe as I speak!

I ordered a matcha latte. Although it tasted fine, it was nothing special, just average. I was very surprised that they charged an additional $1.50 for oatmilk due to a dairy allergy. I struggle with the idea of upcharging for dairy free products, but if a place has to in order to cover cost, I understand. However, $1.50 is a huge uncharge. I would not return here in the future.

This was the best coffee ☕ I have had in awhile! I smelled it through the mall. I asked for a caramel frappe, no whip cream and cinnamon on top! It was delicious 🙌🏽 now I'm considering driving there everyday to get one.

Extremely rude ladies working there. On Friday afternoon, I bought three large coffees from the shop. I had my family with me, and we wanted to share the coffee, so I poured some into a paper cup. I asked the lady if she could warm it up a bit since they have a microwave. After she had already put the cup in the microwave, she suddenly started questioning me about where I got the coffee from because it had a different lid.
Mind you, this was just minutes after I had purchased three coffees from the same shop. I tried explaining to her that it was just an extra cup I was using to share the coffee, but she became weirdly rude along with her co worker who has no direct answer instead of awkwardly looking at each other. there was no sympathy or sense of apology in them for denying my request and the other girl has no sense of expression or care to even work there truth to be told. 8$ per coffee is not cheap and i just didn’t want it to her thrown out for it being cold. i understand there may be health issues but they have done this for me before.. and that was the last conclusion they came down to before labeling me and saying i had bought the coffee from another place and continuously repeating it.
I will never come back here again. Very disappointing, especially after being a loyal customer for years

Really disappointed with the treatment we received here. I was with my sister on Friday afternoon when she bought three large coffees from this shop. We were with our family and just wanted to pour some into an extra paper cup to share. She asked if the coffee could be warmed up for a bit, and the lady working there agreed—until she saw the cup had a different lid.
Even though my sister had literally just purchased the coffees minutes before, this woman suddenly turned rude and confrontational, demanding to know where the coffee came from. My sister calmly explained the situation, but the employee kept pressing and spoke to her in a very disrespectful, condescending way.
I’ve never seen anything like it. We’ve been regulars here for years, but after that experience, I won’t be coming back. There’s no excuse for treating people like that.
