I’ve been coming here for years, often times multiple times a week and my go to drink was their iced mocha. Their menu has undergone some changes and not for the better. I ordered my usual today and immediately saw that my drink was way too milky (I could still literally see the actual milk not mixed in) and without the signature milk froth on the top. I was told this is the new way and I’m sorry to say it’s for the worse. The baristas that have been there longer still kindly make it the original way that I have loved, and the difference is night and day. I ended up throwing away my mocha both times that it was made the “new” way. There’s no hint of coffee, it just tastes like I’m drinking slightly flavored milk. Unfortunate to see and I hope this review is taken into consideration to reassess some of these changes in the menu. I’ve never once sent a drink back in the years that I have been coming here but in the last week I was almost pushed to do so twice. I ultimately ended up throwing away my drink and hoping my next visit would be better. Shoutout to the OG baristas that still make it the “blue way”, this is no reflection of them, but my drink shouldn’t be dependent on who is working that day. I’ve attached a photo of an iced mocha I had this last week made by a barista who has been with this establishment for some time, I will update my review with a photo of their “dark chocolate latte” that they insist is exactly the same. Please go back to making it the original way, that’s all I ask! It was perfect.

Poor customer service and coffee quality. There was a customer in front of me who was having trouble placing the order using self-order kiosk. There was a employee right there standing, but she did not offer to help and just let him walk out unsatisfied. I tried using the kiosk and touch screen was not working properly. I understood why he decided to leave. I would never go to this place again because I was not satisfied with the attitude they presented when preparing my coffee.

I went on a busy day, but the drink came out really quickly. I got the banana pudding matcha, and my friend got peach matcha. Omg lemme tell you, these are the BEST matcha I've had. For the owner, please open another location preferably close to me so I can dump my money there 🥹

The place is wonderful. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The peach matcha was so yummy! I didn’t like what I got because I just picked one but everything else was amazing. Will have to try the food out next time!

Had this and an iced blue butterfly pea flower tea with foam. Great place to study and eat/drink.
They have the my favorite strawberry matcha ever - the strawberry cream top matcha! I come here multiple times a week for it. It's a good level of sweetness for me, but as I prefer a sweetened matcha. Baristas are very nice :)

I really like the white snow latte. It’s not too sweet. I wish it was open earlier and the music wasn’t soo loud because it’s hard to study there

Hard pass for me. No where to sit, and the coffee was not even as good as McDonalds. I ordered a honeycomb latte, and it was a mealy-mouth latte with just a chunk of honeycomb on the side, rather than something that had honey in it. My friend ordered a Vietnamese coffee, which was definitely not a real Vietnamese coffee (no chickory taste); just a bland latte with condensed milk. The seating was an issue--they should reconfigure the space with single-lined seats around the perimeter of the room and reserve tables for two or more. Most people were there just to work on their laptops. Aesthetics were just ok.
