Hansel & Gretel Bakery Cafe

The cafe has such a warm comfy vibe when you first walk in! They have many baked options for you to pick out and some cakes/drinks up front! I feel like the treats have the perfect amount of sweetness, not to mention how cute and picture perfect they are! The staff is also very quick to get your orders out. My friends and I love to come get dessert here after eating some KBBQ. :)

The service here is amazing and everyone is so kind! I love this location because everything is always done at the highest quality. I love the environment here and setting. Their yogurt is my favorite. It is so good that my family is addicted and needs it every week.

These sausages in brioche are the closest thing to Czech-Texas kolaches I've found in Georgia after 20+ years here.

I visited a few days ago on sep 22 at 6:36. I had an emergency come up so I had to leave the cafe really quickly. I went up the counter and looked at an employee and he appeared to act as he didn’t see me because we made eye contact. I asked for a to go box and he was peeved. He didn’t answer my question and just stood still. There was silence the entire and he never spoke a word to me. I said if you don’t have any that’s fine I’ll throw it away. I didn’t have time to ask someone else. Do you not have to go boxes?? I barely ate from the matcha toast. I wasted money because I couldn’t take it with me.

I bought two items. Tiramisu was not labeled as a cheesecake, theres was hardly any trace of coffee in the dessert & was not moist. Matcha strawberry mouse was alright not worth in my opinion, very disappointed . ?

This is an amazing cafe! I've been to most of them in the area and this one is the cleanest, nicest staff, calm, excellent place to meet someone or even study! Also the coffee is EXCELLENT! You're going to love this place! Come check it out!

I recently visited Hansel and Gretal Bakery ,a cozy spot nestled in Duluth. The ambiance was warm and inviting with soft lighting. The staff was friendly and eager to help, offering recommendation. I bought the cheese cake,fresh fruit cake and French macarons,my kids got their strawberry banana smoothies.The cheesecake wasn’t moist enough for me ,quite dry actually but macarons and the fresh cake was very tasty. Prices were okay . The only downside was the speed of service ,because of how busy it gets , so it might not be the best spot during peak hours. I would definitely return, especially for a quiet morning drink or a casual meeting with friends.
Plenty of parking space and outdoor seating .

I recently visited Hansel and Gretel Bakery in Duluth, and my experience was incredibly disappointing. The customer service was downright horrible. When I entered, all the workers were gathered in the back, chatting among themselves, completely ignoring me. When I finally asked for help picking out a cake for a family birthday, one of the workers reluctantly came over to assist me.

I was so offended by the rude and unprofessional attitude that I nearly walked out without buying anything. However, since it was already 9:00 PM, I didn't want the hassle of finding another bakery at that hour.

I expect to be treated with respect, not subjected to such obnoxious behavior. I won't be returning and can't recommend this place to others.

It wasn’t bad. They had a really good berry lemonade. I wish they had more bakery options. If you want high quality speciality drinks come here.

We had such a great time here! Such a pretty space for hanging out or getting work done. Loved the cute cakes and the chocolate matcha croissant
