Went for lunch and coffee nearby. The taste of bread, coffee, and drinks is not outstanding, but it tastes average. However, I experienced inconvenience because the store tables were not clean and the bathroom was not cleaned. I hope you pay more attention to the cleanliness of the store.

Very nice Bakery, everything in their looks spectacular. I ordered the Strawberry Shortcake add bolt one of the strawberry cheesecake that is in the wrapper by the checkout counter. I was very disappointed because the Strawberry Shortcake did not have any taste or flavor it literally tasted like water, no sweetness. The other item which was the cheesecake in the pack didn't have much taste to it either sometimes when things look so good that doesn't mean they are
Relaxing atmosphere with very friendly staff. Great for getting work done, socializing over coffee/tea. Large selection of baked goods.

Just came in to order breakfast and i spent a good amount of money ontop of tip to only receive subpar customer service. It felt like ALL the staff didn't care about the situation I had with my missing food.
When I initially attempted to ask about it (to the person making the sandwiches), I was cut off and directed to the front. After speaking with the ladies in the front I came to find out I didn't even receive a buzzer to notify me when my food was ready.
Then I also found out the woman making my sandwiches gave my order to the wrong person.
The woman that seemed to be in charge told us it was going to be out "right now", and then I
watched her tell the sandwich maker to start making my sandwiches that I was already waiting 30 minutes for. As a manager myself I don't understand why as a customer I wasn't prioritized during OR after the situation. There was no form of apology or acknowledgment of a mistake.
Considering taking my money elsewhere.
I have been trying to contact the bakery at Duluth through the number listed in Google to place an order. Every time I do that, it appears that the number is invalid. Anyone had a different experience?

Just had a bad experience at Mozart just now waited 30 minutes for two sandwiches then had to argue with the sandwich artist about getting my food. So I went to her boss the ladies at the register to inform them I hadn’t gotten my food she asked me for the receipt knowing she didn’t give me one and also never received a buzzer as an indication my food was ready. The sandwich artist gave my food to someone else then her boss tried to make it seem like she’d been making my sandwich all this time. Wait 30 mins for two baby ass sandwiches after spending 50 dollars total. No offer of a refund or any kind of apology or any form of compensation for my time being wasted. Anyways I won’t be coming back. Used to be my fave spot sad I had to take my business else where

I've always loved this place. There are some excellent bakeries in this area, but Mozart is the best.

I've been to this café twice now, and I really enjoyed it the first time around. The matcha was a bit on the sweet side, in my opinion, but the slice of cake was super good. However, I'm slightly disappointed with my most recent visit. I decided to go on a coffee/homework date with my boyfriend here. To our surprise, there were no outlets to plug my computer into. I was looking forward to spending a couple of hours here and trying their pastries, but we ended up leaving.

Sophie was so rude. Her customer service was terrble.
I came in with my family 20 minutes before they closed and they were already counting money to close out the cash register and also said they were no longer serving coffee. We ended up going to Hansel & Gretel Bakery located in the same shopping center and highly recommend this place!
