I never write reviews…I used to love coming here for sweet treats, and I was a consistent customer for years, but my experiences lately haven’t been great.

The staff running the counter are very unfriendly.. It used to be a sweet, comfortable, homey vibe here. Now it’s so cold and greedy…You can’t get a cup of ice or water here without a charge, and they refused to slice anything for me, even when I spent $90+ on a whole cake and drinks. I know they were just following policy but I felt like I was bothering them even just ordering. It’s just the little things that make you feel unwelcome.

The cakes are also not all fresh. The cake I bought was frozen solid in the middle and tasted stale. It wouldn’t bother me so much if it wasn’t so expensive, and they advertise everything is made fresh daily. However the regular sweets are definitely still okay and taste fine, some of the cakes are just frozen.

But the cafe is super cute, which is the main appeal. The building is beautiful. Hopefully they will improve their service and food quality with time.

First time here. I liked the ambiance. Everything is in plastic. It makes me feel bad..if they throw it out at the end of the night all the waste and the garbage being created.

Food was ok not blown away by the pastries we had. The lattes had minimal flavor also. Had the truffle and the Hawaiian macadamia I wasnt excited to come back and get anything a second time.

The ambiance is nice. I like it better in there than the bakery across the lot. That place gets a bit busy like a club. But the food here leaves a lot to be desired -such as flavor.

Parking is bad although there are other spaces a bit further out. Don't try to park around in the same lot as the bakery. Too much traffic from Dunkin donuts and the gas station.

Overall I felt comfortable - it was nice for a one time experience but over all there is nothing special here that you can't find at a regular bakery. A lot of breaded items and not too many fruit tarts or cute things. Just like bread in bags. And macaroons and lil fluffy souffle tarts There is a lot of space and a lot of different items but somehow it feels like an empty warehouse at times.

The bathroom was kinda clean. And the staff was active with their responsibilities and greeting people.

We had a wonderful time at Mozart Bakery! It took 10 minutes to see all the wonderful things they baked. The cakes looked amazing and tasted so fresh. Everything reasonably priced. We got the smoked salmon on sourdough and croissant and a piece of cake to go. No regrets. We will be back!

Very beautiful place that I have read online had donuts so I took my daughter to get some donuts and there were no donuts. As we look for donuts, no one spoke to us. If there are donuts we didn't see them and no one helped us so we decide to leave. And I'm pretty sure no one cared.

I drive by this coffee shop bakery in the mornings and it looks like a nice place. The OPEN sign is on, the lights are on, but nobody’s home. Kind of like the person whose brain hasn’t been able to fix the sign or turn it off. This has been going on for over a year. It’s a pretty simple task, so it’s hard to take the place seriously when something this basic never gets handled.

The cream bread is amazing! Environment is lovely - calm, relaxing. Check out person wasn't very welcoming. We surprised that with all the many beverage offerings, chai tea latte, wasn't among them. They offer chai latte coffee, and a number of teas, but... The cream bread alone is worth the trip.
