I've visited Carabas Duluth many times and usually service is spot on but tonight I was very disappointed our server was Chloe and she was very dismissive of me and my friend for no reason. We watched as she was attentive to every table but ours. She was overly pleasant and chatty with other parties but not pleasant with us at all. She never asked us if our food was ok, if we needed anything once the food arrived. I feel she purposedly chatted with her tables extra because the food was COLD and just sat in front of us as she walked off!! Having been a server myself I didn't feel the need to complain but I won't ever come back and allow her to send me again. Learn to treat ALL your customers professionally you never know WHO your serving. Needless to say we left not excited or happy about our meal or experience tonight 7/20/25 8pm

Excellent experience here tonight! I was in the area with my spouse and we decided to try a local restaurant before driving back home. The hostess welcomed us in a way that felt familial. We were seated quickly and our server Jamie greeted us and introduced himself right away. He was top tier; friendly, informative, present, but not overbearing. Our food and drinks came quickly and were delicious! The restaurant was open and had great lighting. The mood was laid back and relaxed. You could feel that the employees enjoy their work environment. We will definitely be back soon and will be requesting Jamie’s section!

Staff.. AMAZING!! Food…had to have been cooked by angels! Jamie our serve…GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE! Great energy, well informed, welcoming, and helpful. This was my first time and I PROMISE it won’t be the last! If you go..ask for Jamie and TIP GOOD! That guy is the BEST!
I usually don't do this but I'm going to have to say it this was a big mess and a big fail try three types of soup all of them heavy with pepper one good dish for the entire table and that is so unusual for us because we love this Carrabba's brand and we go here quite often this night was not a good night for us. However the service was outstanding
