This place is lovely. It would just be nice if the bread wasn't so dry :(
The coffee is nice.

Definitely not a bakery. The breads were not fresh and the place had a very sour smell upon entry. I ordered tea thinking it would at least be freshly brew but it's just from a large pre made container and gets heated up.
The cafe itself is clean and has a nice ambiance.
Overall a decent place to work from but definitely not a place I'd go to for good bread/drinks.

Loved the ambiance. I am a sucker for that chocolate chip muffin. We ordered a truffle brownie, it tasted like it was old. We addressed the issue and she apologized and told us to take anything instead. I had the muffin before and I absolutely loved it. So, I picked that again. You could never go wrong with the chocolate chip muffin. She warmed it for us. The muffin was fluffy and the chocolate chips were slightly melted. It wasn’t too sweet (it’s a compliment). The chocolate croissants were good as well. The almond croissant was decent. My favorite duo was the mocha frappe and chocolate chip muffin. It’s a very pleasant space. I would definitely comeback and try other things out.

I really enjoyed the soufflé pancakes. The decor is nice and the service was great. They have a selection of breads and the croissants were delicious.

A bakery and cafe that doesn't open until 9am is deeply unserious.
It is a fine bakery. The vibes inside were nice but the food was not fantastic. I got the cheese bread and the mix berry tart - the cheese bread was very sour (maybe their yeast isn't the best?) and the tart was decent.

I feel bad giving independent coffee shops bad reviews but I just want to say this was my last visit and a waste of money—my spouse and I used to come here frequently; though it’s a 30 minute drive we like the area and used to like writing at this coffee shop. So we drove 30 minutes today—and the elevator music playing over the speakers was so incredibly loud that we were unable to focus because there is no other noise because the cafe is empty.
I asked very politely for the music to be turned down only to be made to feel like a massive inconvenience. The owner clearly has the music she enjoys on and that’s great for her, but she was very obviously annoyed about *customers* asking for it to be turned down.. the girl at the counter genuinely seemed nervous about asking her boss, so I’m guessing it’s not the healthiest place to work.
I felt so awkward about the exchange we just had to leave—so now my day of writing is wasted. The elevator music could be heard through noise canceling headphones.
As mentioned, this time we will ever visit :) and if you are studying or writing I would suggest trying somewhere that either has other white noise (like customers or the sound of AC going) that helps block out the elevator music or just a shop that doesn’t play loud elevator music!
^I want to note—we would come in multiple times a week for a few months. The *entire* reason we stopped going was because of this awful, doctor’s office sounding music. We decided to give it another shot and I so wish we hadn’t. I would have no issues if when I politely asked I wasn’t made to feel like a freak by the business owner. They ‘kind of’ turned it down, but I felt so uncomfortable over the interaction it wasn’t a productive space to be, so we had to leave without having worked on a single thing, which was the whole point we visited today.
I would not recommend coming here unless you want to feel like an inconvenience to the owner and or listen to pan flute music in an empty cafe at full volume.

A Café Worth Discovering: clean lines, soft light, and a hush of calm greet you the moment you step inside this café—an atmosphere that immediately distinguishes it from the crowded, overstimulated coffee chains we so often settle for.
Following a substantial lunch at Tonkatsu, I stopped in for something simple: a slice of pistachio cake and a cup of black coffee. What I received was anything but ordinary. The pistachio cake was a quiet triumph—moist, delicately sweet, and balanced by the subtle nuttiness that lingers on the palate. It paired seamlessly with the coffee, served piping hot and unadorned, its bitterness cutting through with satisfying clarity.
Service here is equally commendable. Staff members are attentive without being intrusive, and their efficiency complements the serene environment. Add to this the surprisingly modest price—just under ten dollars for both items—and you have an experience that feels like a small indulgence without the guilt.
The ambiance is golden, in more ways than one. Beyond its culinary offerings, this café doubles as an excellent working retreat: well-spaced seating, plentiful outlets, and reliable WiFi make it a haven for those seeking focus.
In a city where cafés often lean too heavily on brand recognition or trend-driven aesthetics, this establishment distinguishes itself with simplicity, substance, and quiet elegance. A welcome alternative to the predictable pull of Starbucks, and one I would gladly revisit.

Me and my mom love exploring coffee shops around Georgia and it’s our first time coming here to work and loved it. It was calm the whole time with very minimal noise. The coffee itself is very yummy and not overly sweet (which me and my mom LOVE). Most of their pastry/bread options are very cheap compared to other coffee shops we have been to in Norcross and there is a lot of variety. The girl at the front desk told me it was her first day here! She took orders to all the costumers and was very sweet. It’s very rare to find a coffee shop that cares about customer service nowadays so it was very refreshing to see.

Got 4 pastries, almond croissant, pan au chocolat, chocolate croissant, and eclair bun. The eclair bun was extremely dry and stale with not very good chocolate on it. The pan au chocolat was passable but unremarkable. The white chocolate mocha we ordered had a very artificial taste and definitely was not worth the $6.
Staff was friendly but very slow, we waited probably 10 minutes for the one mocha drink, even though we went on a Sunday afternoon and there was not a long line. Just a very lackadaisical attitude.
In an area with a ton of great Asian bakeries this one is worth skipping.
Breads were so dry :(
Lovely bakery and cafe in Johns creek
