I came here for a quick lunch and I am SO glad I did. It’s like eating at a relatives house. Even the plates and silverware reminded me of being at home.

A Little Slice of Coastal Colombia in Every Bite! 🇨🇴 Ceviche Co Xpress was a surreal experience. It felt like stepping into a cozy beachside restaurant. The only thing missing was the scent of the ocean and the sound of waves crashing nearby (haha).

I ordered the Ceviche Tres Perlas and was blown away. It’s the first time I’ve had ceviche in the U.S. that’s actually curtido, properly marinated just like it should be. No need to ask for extra lime like at other places!

We also tried the Las Palmeras cocktail, and it was phenomenal. The flavor was 100% Colombian and brought back memories of home.

The atmosphere is super friendly and welcoming. The person who served us made us feel like we were being fed by grandma. Genuinely warm and kind.

I’ll definitely be coming back. If you haven’t been yet, you need to go. Trust me, it’s more than food, it’s a whole vibe.

Food was very delicious. Lady at the front was so sweet apologized for the wrong pricing on doordash. I tried the Flounder + Pandebonos and it tasted like a home cooked meal! Very good. Bringing my family next time

I decided to try this place based on its great ratings. Here’s my honest experience:

1. I visited on a Tuesday evening. According to their website, the taco lunch set should be $7.99, but I was charged $9.99. The menu also stated that they offer all-day lunch on Mondays and Tuesdays, but when I asked about it, the staff seemed unaware and told me lunch was only served until 3 PM—despite it being listed on both their website and even on their wall.

2. I ordered the octopus ceviche, the most expensive one, because I love octopus and was willing to splurge. However, when my order arrived, the server informed me they had run out of octopus and gave me extra fish and shrimp instead. I really wish they had told me before preparing my meal, as I would have chosen something else. What I wanted was octopus ceviche, not just more fish and shrimp. I also paid an extra $1.80 for mango, but the portion didn’t seem worth it.

The restaurant itself is beautiful—clean, unique, and with a great ambiance. The staff was friendly, but the miscommunication about menu pricing and ingredient availability was frustrating. The food was good, but based on my experience, I’m giving it 3 stars.

I got the barranquilla cariba ceviche. It’s a little pricey but worth every dollar. Absolutely perfect. A lot of ceviche can be sour due to the acidity from lime but this one is a perfect mix of sour balanced with the sweetness of mango. If you like spicy they’ll include hot sauce on the side which is also delicious. What else can i say? If you got the money, come here and try the best ceviche you will ever have

Came in after seeing glowing reviews and I was very happy with the choice! I ordered the tres perlas with tostadas. The shrimp, fish and octopus was fresh and the texture was just how I like it. Food came with their home made hot sauce that added a nice flavor.

The staff was very sweet and attentive; would come again just to try other things on the menu.

Wow! The reviews do not lie

I had the shrimp scampi which was incredibly flavorful for something I consider to be such a simple dish. It had a richness I usually dont see when eating the Italian version of this food.

I ordered online and was still treated to great service. As I had my cat with me and was unable to walk into the store, the waitress walked me my food. With extra napkins and utensils just like I asked for.

With this restaurant you're paying for the flavor and quality of dish. Its expensive, but I will definitely be back!
