Ceviche Co. Xpress

Look yall. Im originally from Atlanta, but I live in Colorado now. The amount of space that this place occupies in my brain is difficult to describe. I think about it all the time. If I could teleport, this is the place I’d pick. It really is that good. So please. Do my a favor- do yourself a favor- and run (don’t walk) to the best ceviche anywhere in Georgia.

Went on my lunch break since the place was close. Gotta say, the older woman working the front was super sweet and the food was delicious. It was a great find as I'm trying to stick to my diet and stay low carb. The shrimp w/ octopus and avocado salad was definitively a refreshing mix up from my usual lunch meal. Will definitively be back again

A few days ago I came to Ceviche Co. Xpress, I was greeted by a friendly face behind the cash register.
I shared with her that I was looking for a tasty meal for someone who has diabetes and a heart condition. She took my order, and prepared a keto friendly salad with salmon.

Came in at 7:57p and didn’t know they closed at 8pm. The lady in the front was polite and informed me that they had limited offerings (only #25) since they were about to close. I chose that, and placed my order. I got my food and it was delicious. I apologized for coming in so late, I didn’t realize how close to closing time it was. I appreciate them for still choosing to serve me with kindness. I will be back to try more of the food!!

The sweet little lady that helped us decide what to order was super. Her recommendation of the Tamal which was her favorite was excellent. My husband loved his tostones. Our food was hot and fresh and delicious! Hopefully we're in the area again so we can go back again.

Love this place! Debated whether to write a post or not, just to keep this gem all to myself. The selections take me back to Latin America and the Caribbean. If you’re in the mood for seafood, and never tried ceviche, give this place a try. They never disappoint and they’ll leave you coming back for more. Double thumbs up!

My husband and I found this place as we were driving back home one day, and since I love ceviche we decided to give it a try. The service was lovely, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the food was delicious. I had a #5 while my husband had a #3 and we loved both dishes equally. I also highly recommend the agua de mango. It was perfect to pair with the food in my opinion. If we're ever passing through this area again, we're certainly stopping by.

Food was delicious! The ceviche in salsa roja was my favorite. The Tamales are huge and so good and the chipotle shrimp was delicious aswell.
