I believe there has been a change in ownership because the signage for ChaTime is gone, and all that is there is Mai Bakery. My bank statement shows Mai Bakery instead of ChaTime. They do have a $0.25 charge for credit card payments. I wanted a Thai milk tea with no toppings, but they only offered a Thai pearl milk tea which was pretty much Thai tea and boba. Because I wanted no toppings, the cashier said it was still the same price with or without the boba. Okay. I decided to just get the boba, even though I'm not a big fan of boba. I got two drinks, the signature milk tea and the Thai pearl milk tea. Total came up to almost $10. When I got my drinks the Thai pearl milk tea was the darkest color of Thai tea I've ever seen. It was not tasty. Just watered down Thai tea and whatever powdered creamer plus boba. Would not recommend. Please take your money somewhere else. I only came here because my grandma was thirsty and wanted a sweet drink.

This place has employees with attitudes and no customer service minded. They know you are standing there but they don't quickly assist you or acknowledge that you are there. They should at least say, "Sorry.I'll be there" to customers. This super market is really filthy and smell awful. I won't go back anyway.

Got the signature milk tea drink 50% sugar And iced coffee 70% sugar.The iced coffee was strong like Vietnamese coffee. I thought 70% was perfect. Sadly, their signature milk tea tasted too diluted with milk and not a lot of tea flavoring. I could have done 70% sugar on this one. The bubble consistency was excellent!The staff was really knowledgeable on what % sugar I should get.

I've heard so many good things about the Chatime franchise and I'm sure it's great in other places. However, in the competitive realm that is now Atlanta, Chatime's milk tea just isn't cutting it. Pricing is probably some of the cheapest prices I've seen for bubble tea in all of Atlanta. However, the one expensive drink I've seen is the brown sugar milk tea, which is $5.49 for a large, which is closer to what I'm used to seeing these days. I can't remember the last time I paid under $5 INCLUDING tax for a single boba drink. I decided to go with the signature milk tea with pearls, it tastes just fine, but it made do while shopping at Great Wall. Chatime is perfect for the convenient but there are so many options now in the surrounding area that it's hard to choose Chatime first.

I usually don't write about bad experiences right away so I'm not coming off as an emotional reviewer but It's been 2 hours and I'm still upset. I came up to the counter and the employee suggested the mousse drink immediately. I decided to give it a go and get the jasmine mousse tea. (Iced jasmine tea with a cheese foam) She finishes making my drink and hands it to me with a straw. it happens to be in a clear 12oz cup and plastic sealed. I asked her for a sippable lid because I wanted to sip the foam rather than drinking it through the straw. She then goes to measure my cup, red flag number one!!! She then takes my drink, opens up the seal, and dumps it into a 10 oz cup, mixing the contents and spilling ice and foam and she continues. Here, I should've asked her to stop and make another drink but I don't. She throws a lid on there and hands it back to me. The cup is smeared with "mousse" remnants. I was baffled and truly at a loss for words. I decided to take a sip and decide from there if it needed to be remade but I left and went to my car. I should've throw it away in front of her because The drink tasted nothing like jasmine tea and was basically unpalatable. No thanks.
