I’m so confused how they stay in business. First, you deal with a bot at the menu board that doesn’t understand half of what you’re saying. Then you wait and wait and wait to get to the DT window to pay and restate your order. Finally I was asked to pull forward and wait another 10 minutes. I waited a total of 30 mins from AI at the menu board to actually driving off with my 5 wings. At no point did the human even apologize for my wait or even offer me a drink or fries for waiting. This is the future of QSR. Ordering through a robot, waiting forever and then being asked to pull forward so as to circumvent the DT timer data. As I was waiting I remembered why I never choose them.

Checkers has definitely gone down hill along with main other chains since covid. Their burgers used to be big, juicy and flavorful. Now they're tiny, bland and overpriced garbage. The fries and apple pie were the only positive ide to this. I won't be back there, especially for the high cost of it.

Wait two hours on are food. Then when we got are food it was cold and they were rude and look at me multiple and then asked us for receipt. After just seeing us and telling us they will bring it out to use but never did. I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN!!!!
I haven't been in a long time. Drive thru has automated voice to take order. Don't like it! Sat at window waiting for food about 5-7 minutes. No one in front of me. Don't know why it took so long. Burger wasn't hot - only warm. Thought it would be really hot because of the wait time.

Aged location that is not maintained well. Dirty, damaged drive thru going next to a disgusting open dumpster. The burger they served me was cold and tasteless. The fries were good, though. The order was taken by AI and the cashier was not very friendly.

The burger was cold. Apparently it was pre-cooked and then they put cheese on it and tried to warm it up. They failed. The cheese was not melted. Since I went through the drive-thru I didn't have time to turn around. I tossed it in the trash. Fries were okay. Basically I paid $11 for fries and a drink.
