Always and issue with order being incorrect and serving cold fries no fork or salad dressing
If you are not from the south and do not know what Chik-fil-a and do know this place...it's chicken. Fried in peanut oil. They have a grilled option, too. But the OG is the Chik-fil-a sandwich and nuggets.

I just recently bought a chicken burrito combo and it was absolutely terrible. Despite the employees at this chickfla not at all possessing the standard manners we've grown accustomed to for chickfla the food stays consistently bad.My burrito shell was hard as if it was done yesterday and I was there at 6:30am I wouldn't expect old food that early. I hard hardly no chicken, didn't receive a straw nor the condiments I requested neither. I definitely won't ever return to this one.

Chick-fil-A is so consistent! The food quality, the service, and the atmosphere are always amazing! I love taking my family there! The bathrooms are always clean as well.
Parking: The parking lot is often packed so just be careful.
Kid-friendliness: The music is always clean and the customers are never rowdy or disrespectful. Families also frequent this place. Plus they have the cool tiny door kids like to walk through! I think your children will like it here.

Overall rating is three (minus)due to bad customer service. No actual sign to tell delivery services where to go to request there pickup order. I stood in line to tell the cashier I had a pickup order and he just pointed. I am accustomed to other locations communicating VERY well and appropriately being of assistance. I had to literally stop an employee and ask her if my pickup order was ready which it was. When I said “thank you” she did not respond “ my pleasure” or not even a “ you’re welcome”. This is the same location where I actually purchased Mac and cheese a while back and it was very cold and lacked cheese. Out of all the chick filets I have been too, this location is the absolute worst as of 10/25/2024. You get better service going through drive through vs going inside. Plenty of parking. Curbside available.

As there clearly aren't ANY signs of dogs not being allowed, we brought our small pet thinking it was a safe space. EVERYONE saw us coming in and didn't mention it until much later AFTER ordering and sitting down. The manager came in with a very disrespectful & rude attitude to tell us that we couldn't be there. Again, there aren't any signs about that! We had to eat in the parking lot because of that. Food and cashier's service was good, but that ruined our experience.
Since there are CLEARLY no signs about animals being prohibited, we brought our little pet. EVERYONE saw us come in and didn't mention anything until a long time AFTER we ordered and sat down. The manager came with a very rude and disrespectful attitude to get us out of there for the animal. Again, there is NOTHING anywhere prohibiting dogs. The food and cashier service was good, but this ruined the experience for us.

I went with my family and my pet (which is a small frenchie) upon entering we did not see any sign telling us that we could not enter with my dog, so we decided to enter, when we were there we ordered and sat down without any inconvenience, After a while the manager comes out and in a super aggressive and rude manner does not throw us out of the place, she was too rude, so we had to eat on the parking lot floor.

Good place and excellent service from those who are at the checkout but the manager does not know how to treat people and there is a sign missing from the establishment that says they do not allow pets, they waited for us to place the order and then said that we cannot be with our dog inside the establishment (they saw us enter with a dog but didn't say anything),

I had a very bad experience, since nowhere is there a sign that identifies that pets are not accepted, after spending a while in the establishment the manager kicked us out very rudely and we had to eat in the parking lot with my family and children small.

This location is not one of the better ones in Lawrenceville, and that’s saying something for a brand that is always great. They forgot an entree in my order in the drive thru, then when I came in to get it, a kid told me to wait 10 minutes while it was made, only for another guy to ask 10 minutes later why I was waiting. Absurd. The entire time, there were about 15 employees behind the counter and half of them were just standing around smiling and punching each other on the shoulders.
If you’re going to hire so many younger employees, train them on the Chick-Fil-A way!
