The food was good but the service was terrible and the drinks were bitter and had too much ice. When we asked for light ice.

If you're looking for some good food and a good time in a laid-back environment... you come to Chili's.

Parking: It was pretty busy when we showed up, but there's more parking spots in the next section, a few extra steps away.

Truthfully, I went here for the meme of it. I was pleasantly surprised that food wasn't too bad and the drink hit. I only give it a four stars because the bartender was obviously a little flustered between maintaining her bar and the tables on the main floor aka where i was , but she was sweet, and her drinks were A1 .

I had an absolutely awful experience at Chili's today. My coworkers and I work in the medical field, and as you can imagine, our lunch breaks are extremely limited. We placed an online order and headed to the restaurant, hoping to sit down and eat since we were in the area and had no time to spare. We had a physician with us who had just completed a long surgery and was exhausted—he simply wanted to sit and eat for a few minutes.

When we asked if we could sit down to eat our food, the manager informed us that we couldn’t, claiming they weren’t set up for that and said "but I wish we had a picnic table so you all can eat outside". This was frustrating because there were plenty of open tables available and we had all tipped! We’ve ordered from Chili’s many times before and have eaten at the restaurant without issue, but today’s experience was completely different. It’s disappointing when a business makes a simple request like this so difficult, especially when it’s clear we were just trying to enjoy our lunch during a brief window of time.

For a place that's supposed to offer comfort and hospitality, this experience was disappointing and unprofessional. I won’t be coming back anytime soon.

Hello, I would like to share my experience today at the Pleasant Hill location. I wish there was a button for zero stars, but I had to give it one. I work in the medical field and as you guys know who know the medical field or are also in the medical field, you understand that lunchtime are a minimal importance to patients And the time is absolutely added strictest. After finishing up a surgery we decided to take our Dr to lunch we ordered online and because we only had a quick time to get back to the clinic after being called. We decided to try to eat there as we asked for the manager if they would allow us to eat there the manager stated no, and did it with such an attitude. Everybody there felt unwanted and unwelcome. This is not the first time that this has happened, we have done this many times before and always an empty area. We clean up after ourselves we tip our waitresses and never are a problem, but today with the attitude in the discussed that she displayed towards us and made us uncomfortable, and we felt some kind of way From here on out we will not be recommending this towards any patient and will not be back. I really hope you guys get this situated. It is a shame because it’s normally really good but this time was our worst experience.

My coworkers and I placed an order to go to eat for lunch and treat our boss who had just gotten out of performing surgery. As we arrived we only had limited time to eat before our next surgery case and asked kindly if we could eat at the restaurant. We were met with a very rude manager who said no because “they were not set up for that”. I’d like to note that we’ve eaten here many times and have always been able to eat there even if we placed our orders to go since we were usually always in a hurry. We always clean up after ourselves and tip every time. I’d also like to mention that the place was empty and had plenty of open tables. Even if there was a policy that prohibits people who order to go and then ask to eat the restaurant, there would have been no issue of the manager was kind, this was not the case. This experience has now discouraged me to ever come to this location again.

My husband took me and our kids out for Valentine's Day. The restaurant was busy, which I expected due to it being a holiday and the evening time. We have come to this location several times in the past , even other times when the restaurant was busy and received better service. We have never had to wait that long for our food to come out. The only thing we received were our drinks. Once we had been sitting for over an hour without receiving our food or our kids food we decided to just pay for our drinks and leave. The server kept apologizing, but it didn't make up for the fact that we had been waiting for over an hour and only received our drinks. Our kids were getting antsy and irritated due to being hungry. To make matters worse, there was a table across from us that was seated after us, and they received their food before we did. I have worked as a server in the past, and I know for a fact that when you dine in it's not supposed to take that long. Our kids were so hungry when we left, that we had to stop at McDonald's and order food through the drive thru. What was supposed to be a great family night out celebrating our accomplishments for the week, ended up being a disaster.

Got the triple dipper and brisket quesadilla plate. Eggrolls 9/10, big bites 10/10, mozzarella sticks 2/10 literally just fried plastic. Quesadillas were pretty good, on the sweet side. Overall this was filling for 2 people. Total was $40, no drinks, which is a bit much for a fast casual spot.

Waiter gave us no cutlery and was inaudible, we couldn't understand anything they said. The restaurant smelled musty like sweat which was off putting. Sprite and waters tasted weird.

The service was slow. I had one of the worst burgers if not the worst burger I have ever eaten. The thing was so greasy that even the bun was saturated with grease. Also one patty was well done the other patty was medium rare. I will never order a burger at this chilli's again.
