I give this place a 2 star mostly because of the poor service. If my wife and I want food court quality service we would go to Great Wall where at least we arent paying $70 for 3 dishes.
My wife doesnt eat rice but we were brought and charged for rice (found out there was a charge when we got the bill)
After our food was placed on our table we were never tended to again. No one asked if the food was fine or if we needed anything else. We were there late in the evening and they weren't exactly hectic.
We didnt have enough napkins and never got our water refilled. We were going place an order for drinks but without our server, or anyone, coming by, we didnt.
We flagged down a random staff for the bill.
Also their bathroom ran out of paper towels. I mentioned to my wife and she said the woman's bathroom was the same
I fail to believe no staff went to the bathroom that whole day to notice they were low (their dispenser is transparent, see the picture). It is just they dont care about customer service and it's easier to wipe their hands on their shirt and move on with their shift to handle your food.
The worse part was when we told the front desk person if our experience (likely the manager or owner) we were given no apology, sympathy or anything. If management cared I would not score so low, but customer experience starts from the top.

I recently visited ChiliSpotand was so impressed. From the moment I walked in, the team made me feel welcome. The atmosphere is stylish yet relaxed, and it's clear a lot of thought went into making it comfortable. The food was the star, though—authentic Sichuan flavors with just the right amount of heat. I tried the spicy fish fillet and it was incredible. You can tell everything is made with care and tradition. This is more than just a meal; it's an experience that makes you want to come back again and again...

Finding real Sichuan food outside of China can be tough, but this chilispot really delivers. The flavors are authentic, from the peppercorn tingle to the rich sauces that coat every dish. It’s the kind of place where you can gather with family and share big plates, just like back home. The staff always greet me warmly, making me feel valued as a guest, not just a customer. The interior is modern but still keeps a warm and comfortable vibe. Honestly, this place gives me a taste of Chengdu in Atlanta...

Good Chinese food!
Black pepper steak, stir fried green beans, spicy pop corn chicken and the shredded spicy sour potatoes are really good! Thank me later.

The mapo tofu was way too salty... the only way to eat it was to put a small spoon of it on a ton of rice. The honey duck was overly sweet... like candy. They did not use honey. They used white sugar.... lots of it. The pork stir fry was 90 % fat with more white onion than meat. The 1 star is for the white rice... it was cheap rice but it was better than all the dishes that we ordered. Horrible meal. Will not be back.
Love this restaurant..Food is soo good!

If you want authentic Chinese food, this is the place to go! We were warmly welcomed and the ambiance was great. Our server was very kind and helpful. Food was super flavorful, good portions and we went home with leftovers. The bathrooms were very clean too, which is also a big plus. We will definitely patronize this place and we recommend you do too!

Super authentic Sichuan spot. Portions are generous for the price. Flavors hit all the right notes — bold, spicy, and just right. Service is quick and friendly. Place is spacious and very clean. Solid pick.

I ordered takeout today and brought it home... The bullfrog tasted tough and The Fuqi Feipian tasted greasy...This is the first time I feel that bullfrog can be so unpalatable(This is my personal real evaluation)

THEY TREAT CUSTOMERS AS THIEVES.
I ordered pickup and NO STAFF at the front desk. After around 8-10 minutes wait I have no choice but to pick up the bag myself. One short hair women staff come out and shouting at the same time saying I CANNOT PICKUP BY MY HAND assuming I AM A THIEF.
Attention:
1. put the bags inside your kitchen IF you want no one to touch it
2. leave staff at the front desk
3. never assume your customer is a thief
