Order double Protein for a reason, literally had 4 chicken pieces in it.
Support case was helpful atleast they gave a entree coupon to use for next time but the issue defineltely has to be address in the store here,

Extremely disappointed with the store manager at this Chipotle. I placed an online order and showed up on time, but I ended up waiting over 40 minutes for my food — all while having two young kids with me.

Even worse, orders later than me were prepared than mine. Clearly the queuing was wrong. I politely brought this to the staff’s attention multiple times, but nothing was done. 40minutes waited there for the store problem! The store manager was completely unhelpful and didn’t even apologize. No explanation, no accountability, just a dismissive attitude.

This kind of customer service is unacceptable, especially from a manager. I expect better from Chipotle, and I hope corporate takes this seriously.

We went to this location almost every week, the store manager is new and definitely not qualify for the job.

I arrived promptly at the given pickup time, yet staff claimed my order was stolen. After delays and clear confusion, it became obvious it was never prepared. When finally handed a hastily made quesadilla—just a loosely wrapped chicken roll with poor taste—it only added insult. Burrito Bowls are half empty(small portion) for the money fully paid.

The delay in picking up my order disrupted my next appointment and left me looking unreliable and disorganized, failed to show on time.

This was not just a service failure—it was deeply disrespectful.

This is by far one of the worst Chipotle locations near me. Every time I visit, there’s an issue with food not being refilled on time, and the tables are consistently dirty. It’s frustrating because there are plenty of employees around—it clearly isn’t a staffing issue, but rather poor management.

I genuinely hope the owners pay attention to reviews like this and take action. I love Chipotle, and I shouldn’t have to drive an extra 5 miles just to enjoy a decent experience. Please train your staff properly or hire a competent manager to turn this place around.

Stood at the counter for 20 minutes with about 30 people behind me. It took forever to get one burrito made with one guy working in the front. They really need someone working the cash register and one for making the food. Now I know why I didn't like this place last time...

Horrible Service!
Ordered food and waited for 1 hour and 30 minutes just for them to tell me that they delivered to the wrong house. Also, I tried calling them but no one answered the call. So I could not even contact the staff.

Service is slow. Employees look tired all the time and don’t even realize when they need to refill on items unless you point it out. It’s like they couldn’t care less to be there. Management really needs to look into this store and see that major changes are needed. I get that sometimes things happen but this has been my experience the past 3 times I’ve been here. Definitely not coming back.

Moe Delivers

Short staffed and still very slow sluggish employees. The customers are louder than the crew. Picking up when it’s busy is a nightmare.

Been a year still horrible. They need more employees and to pick up the pace it’s called a lunch rush for a reason. Hostile environment with customers agitated with long wait times. Such a horrible experience yet again. In such a good area how can this be a problem.
