9 times out of 10, they will get the online order wrong. Sloppy packing..

Stood at the counter for 20 minutes with about 30 people behind me. It took forever to get one burrito made with one guy working in the front. They really need someone working the cash register and one for making the food. Now I know why I didn't like this place last time...

Horrible Service!
Ordered food and waited for 1 hour and 30 minutes just for them to tell me that they delivered to the wrong house. Also, I tried calling them but no one answered the call. So I could not even contact the staff.

Service is slow. Employees look tired all the time and don’t even realize when they need to refill on items unless you point it out. It’s like they couldn’t care less to be there. Management really needs to look into this store and see that major changes are needed. I get that sometimes things happen but this has been my experience the past 3 times I’ve been here. Definitely not coming back.

Short staffed and still very slow sluggish employees. The customers are louder than the crew. Picking up when it’s busy is a nightmare.

Been a year still horrible. They need more employees and to pick up the pace it’s called a lunch rush for a reason. Hostile environment with customers agitated with long wait times. Such a horrible experience yet again. In such a good area how can this be a problem.

I was upset as i asked for veggies bowl and got some meat pieces in it and when i told them they were like that’s not possible and all overall this time it wasn’t a good experience for me

Don't come to this one. They are very stingy with the protein.

Do not open on time. The Kitchen was messed and not ready to serve when opened.

I just stood around for 3 minutes licking my nose while nobody acknowledged me…they need to go back to putting to orders on a shelf out front

Never place an online order at this location!!!
The spanish lady who works in the back for online orders is very rude and imcompetent. Your order is never ready at the promised time.

Staff had the orders in the back and not on the to go order shelf again. They will not acknowledge you or assist you in any way. Staff sees you standing there but choose to ignore you. After repeatedly asking if the order could be brought out (table in the back was full of at least a dozen orders) they finally brought the order out and looked at the customers like we were scum, annoyed to do their job. I waited 15 minutes for an online order, was late returning to work and my food is cold. This seems to be a trend at this location. If the staff does not want to do their job or give the customers the food they ordered they should probably quit and find a job they are happy performing or be fired. We don't pay for cold food and bad service.

Slow staff, smallest portions I’ve ever seen at a chipotle. Gave this location two attempts and will not return.

Cashier wearing gloves touching the computer screen with the same gloves she touched the cheese and lettuce with to put in my bowl. Disgusting, then I glance at the screen and it’s DUSTY. So Unsanitary, do better. 2/24/25

Wait is entirely too long. Employees move very slow pace like there isn’t a line or customers who have been waiting in lines for minutes leading to hours. Waited in line for literally 1 hr & 5 minutes just for a bowl… that is extremely ridiculous!
