Terrible service- food was ok. They refused to give me a sauce, after confirming they had some before I started my order. sitting right there on the counter claiming they are out and that one was reserved for a to go order?? 0 common sense

I rate this location for 1 star purely based on logistics after recent opening of a gym nearby. People going to the gym occupied majority of the parking and they are not moving. This results in that it is impossible to pick up your order after work because there is physically no parking at all for the small space. Unless stores here enforces people going to gym not park here, I recommend against going to this location and any other restaurants in this small “sub-plaza”. You will waste an hour to find a space.

They serve majority rice and about half a cup of meat. They served me dry steak and this is the second time I’ve experienced this here so I’d recommend finding a new spot

My family loves Chipotle and we eat it quite often. We have ordered from multiple locations in the past and I prefer driving further to this location since I have had multiple bad experiences at the location that is closer to my house. Overall I have had good experiences here but I will say that sometimes they lack consistency with the food prep as there are times when the size and weight of my burrito will vary greatly from order to order despite being ordered the exact same each time. On several occasions I paid for double protein and my burrito was made with a very light portion of protein and certainly not a double portion.

I’m having a hard time understanding all these one star reviews I’m seeing come up right off the bat. It’s as if there’s some coordinated effort to discredit this establishment. I come here regularly, if infrequently, and in every case in all my interactions and food purchases I have NEVER been disappointed in any way shape manner or form. My order has EVERY time been fresh and tasty. Prepared exactly to my specifications by a friendly and cheerful employee. It is inconceivable to me that so many people who have posted reviews would “randomly” have such horrible experiences in the face of how positive mine have been. So. If I were someone reading through the reviews for this store, I would completely ignore all the one star haters and head over for the great meal you were looking for.

This location is always hit or miss. Its like they never prepare for a dinnertime rush? They were out of corn, no they weren't the little girl just lied to me even when I asked her if they had more in the back. I came by an hour later to get food for my girlfriend and you guessed it. They had corn. Such a silly thing to lie about and lose a customer over. These employees need to quit being lazy and cut open the bag of corn sitting in the fridge. Takes 5 minutes to prepare it.

The food at this Chipotle has improved so much! The new staff is incredibly friendly and professional compared to before. The food is always well-seasoned and consistently fresh. The only minor suggestion I have is that the fajita mix could be cooked just a little longer and they could seize the black beans a bit more. Other than that, everything has been great.

I’m really happy they changed the staff!! the staff team was rude, and the food quality was inconsistent. I’ve even called corporate on them a few time.. The rice was either too hard or overcooked, and the counter area where they packaged food was always messy. Now, the new staff keeps everything clean and clearly takes pride in their work. It’s such a positive change for this location! Super happy For this location and hope they continue to progress!!

I recently had a very disappointing experience at this Chipotle location. I placed an online order and clearly selected no sour cream and no cheese because I can’t have dairy, but my bowl arrived with extra sour cream and cheese. I didn’t notice until I got home, and I couldn’t even eat my dinner.

On another occasion, my online pickup order was poorly packed and the sauces were spilled all over the bag. When I politely asked the staff for help, I received a rude response and was told, “It comes like this.” That doesn’t make any sense — sauces should not come with lids half open or leaking.

In addition to that, the location was dirty and not properly cleaned. The counters and pickup area looked messy and unorganized, which is not acceptable for a food establishment. The staff also seemed to be in a bad mood and showed no interest in helping customers, which made the overall experience even worse.

This level of customer service and cleanliness does not meet Chipotle’s standards. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves staff training, customer service, and store hygiene immediately.

My order, entree, was filled incorrectly, and I was not able to eat the food. When brought this to Chipotle’s attention they offered provide me a free drink on my next order. (Ive ordered from there for 5+ years and never ordered a drink. So this was basically an offer of nothing.) Poor everything. Very disappointed. Won’t be attending again anytime soon.

Yall are 3.5 corporate do something about it. Listen to customers unless you'll dont care because yall are making money anyway. No corn no black beans and I still have to pay full price for a bowl.
