Chipotle Mexican Grill

When we arrived, it was clear that the team was already putting food away, despite the store being open for another two hours (we came in around 9pm and they close at 11pm). The lady employee assisting us was very kind, but when we asked for pico de gallo, another employee in the back (a white man with glasses) who was not even involved in our order abruptly and rudely exclaimed that they had no more. His tone was dismissive and very disrespectful.

Having worked at Chipotle before, I know that additional ingredients are often available in the back, and this response came across as an unwillingness to restock in an attempt to close faster, rather than an actual shortage. Whether or not there was more pico is not the issue—the real problem was the disrespectful and unnecessary attitude. We had done nothing to deserve such a response, and it left a very negative impression.

When a 9 a clock to he a quesadilla and the guy told me they don’t selves quesadillas at 9pm I check online I I could order one he just didn’t want to make it bad customer service

Multiple visits, the salad bowl lettuce has been wilted/brown. It was still severed every time. Does not provide any utensils in mobile orders.

In the latest visit today, the white rice is undercooked and firm.

It’s a solid chipotle, but be ready for a line that’s almost out the door. If you place a to go order, place it 30 min in advance.

Awful work environment be felt as you go up to order. Burrito ended up not being wrapped at all, besides it being wrapped itself in it’s wrapper and coming apart as I unwrapped the wrapper. Hope whatever tensions and unhappiness they have in their workplace may get resolved

Portions are small as they can get. 3/4 scoops of protein per bowl. Then you ask them to give you more and they act like they paying out of their own pocket.

The young Hispanic gentleman with the glasses should learn some customer service. It's no reason to change youre demeanor if I'm a paying customer and want fresh lettuce especially when the lettuce you have in the container is brown and it's nearly empty. I appreciate you because u gave me a refresher coarse on y I haven't ate chipotle in a while and want at this location especially.

What happened with this chipotle? almost half of the bowl. will be the employees or changed the food portions? more than five years eating here and I had never been served such a small portion. buy five bowls and all five were small. disappointing.

What little food they give you is good. But they have gotten so stingy with their portions we started going to other chipotle's but now they're doing the same thing. If they make a mistake on your order which they will routinely, they will not give you a refund.

It was only my gf and I in line and the employees decided finishing their conversation and TikTok were more urgent than talking our order. Then bro grabs the driest scoop of queso I’ve ever seen the stuff that sits at the top. Overall 2/10

I really liked the food. I took Chicken Bowel. It was in good quantity as good as two people can eat. It costed around $12.26. But yes it really tastes well. I got coke for $2.xx.
The ambience is really good.
I recommend this for sure.
