3rd time I have had an issue with this location in a row. I gave them the benefit of the dought as my last 2 orders were online. This time I came into the location 8 people working but only making food. Waited 40 minutes for my turn. I stared my order asked for a proper portion of protein when she clearly only put 1/2 scoop. She said any more and I’ll have to charge you for double l. I said I only want the single portion but the proper amount. She rolled her eyes and I walked out.I think I’m done with these folks and going over to Cava from now on.The lack of service is just ridiculous at this location

Stay away from this location!!The short lady manager who has specifically been complained about throughout these reviews is terrible! When I started my order she said to me in Spanish thinking I wouldn't understand "Do you not have a kitchen at your house?"!! I was shocked and a little impressed at the nerve. I thought I was hearing things so I asked for clarification, but in English she asks what kind of beans I wanted as if it was already asked. I see how it is.Later on, I casually let her know I know what she said and repeat it back to her in Spanish. She immediately gets flustered, denies everything and just start piling in food without needing me to order. I guess that's one way to expedite service! When I ask for her name, she mockingly asks me If I want her number too, then tries to get the cashiers to overcharge me for things I didn't order! And the employees seem to be getting the worst of it because they're just innocent bystanders having to deal with this on a daily basis.If she had just acknowledged and owned up to it, with maybe an apology, I wouldn't mind. I get that being behind the counter isn't the most exciting thing, but this behavior wasn't okay. What makes this all worse is that Chipotle as a parent company hasn't done anything about this. After numerous complaints about a specific person, and having reached out to them personally, their response is a canned "we will let management know".Edit to add a response to the owner: I have already reached out and shared my feedback as seen above, and it's becoming pretty clear Chipotle isn't interested. The representatives only offer the same copy and paste response. And the max they can do is offer a free entree. Even when guaranteed someone would follow up with me, it's been 3+ weeks and no attempt.

I’m not sure who the short lady manager of this location is but she is AWFUL!!! everytime me and family/friends go in when she is working we ALWAYS have an issue. Me and friend went to this location tonight 2/28/2024. She was working and i literally told my friend we were going to have an issue specifically because we saw she was working. my friend stood waiting for someone to take her order for almost 5 minutes and nobody said anything!! There were two girls over in the online order area and two boys in the back and the “MANAGER” stood right in front of us and started scraping the inside of the cooler as if she did not see us standing there. it wasn’t until i went over to the two girls in the online order area and the manager then proceeded to yell at me and said we will be with you and i told her that she could have said something instead of just ignoring us. One of the girls came to take my friends order and the manager then asked me if i was order anything. i told her no and she mumbled something under her breathe in spanish. She is the WORST person in that entire location with the nastiest attitude. It would be WONDERFUL if she was removed from this location and her position. I have the manager i’m speaking of is pictured below!!

This chipotle is located in my area and every time me and family members go to order food we have a terrible experience with staff especially the manager that is hired there as of right now. The portion sizes are very small every time she is there working but when she is not there the atmosphere is completely different and welcoming.

As I’ve ordered many, many, MANY times before, I wanted the kids meal with soft shells. My protein choice was chicken with (2) servings of white rice. Simple, right? NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!! The “kitchen manager” put a little portion of rice in the (2) trays. So I kindly asked for him to add a bit more to fill the spaces. He told me that he would have to charge me for more rice. Huh?! Come again SAY WHAT??! I told him that he needs to know that the person with me used to be employed by Chipotle and only protein gets an up charge. He yelled with me back and forth saying he will charge me $1.55 more then walked off to the back. Butt hurt I assume because like I said, this ain’t my first rodeo. I let him know that I KNOW CHIPOTLE LIKE THE BACK OF MY HAND. I eventually drove further out of my way to the Sugarloaf Pkwy location where I was served properly. Chipotle, GET RID OF THAT FOOL WHO DESPERATELY NEEDS MY $1.55!!!!

Im not going to lie the food is good and we always come here. Today was our first time seeing Jason and i am beyond astonished with this man’s behavior. At the register I had asked one question regarding the food and he immediately snaps at me and says “Like i said WE ASK FOR YOUR PATIENCE.” excuse me? i had asked one question and he proceeded to yell at me. His attitude and customer service is absolutely unacceptable. We do not ask for world class service, but we expect to be treated with respect just like how we showed respect to him. He must work on showing his behavior towards customers as it is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.

Missing things everytime I order from here through app. EVERYTIME. Today, my kid's meal didn't come with kid's chips and my burrito bowl didn't have fajita and green salsa which I made them in extra portion. Everytime I order from here, I've never had correct order for once.

The lady preparing my bowl was helping me when I asked for plain white rice and as she is getting the rice out another guy comes up to me and says we can not give you this sorry. No explanation, just a rude reaction. Work on your customer service or make it known that plain white rice is not available. It’s very weird when one employee says yes and one says no without explanation. I hope you guys can figure this out because I am just a paying customer trying to order food from a restaurant that offers meal customization. No reason to deny my selection when it’s available.

I literally just ordered here and you funky btcs gone give me some rock hard rice and think I wasn’t going to notice. It’s okay though because I paid with my credit card and I will be disputing ts.. you knew that rice was HARD when you put it in my bowl thank you I’ll be up there for my refund
