Not the place to order a burrito; fell apart immediately, chewy tortilla and chewy steak. The queso is also terrible. Ordered double steak burrito w/ guac, small queso - $25. Nice workers at least.

THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST CHIPOTLE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!

I've been to some shady parts of town with a chipotle that i got better food and service than this. This particular chipotle I've been coming to for over 10 years but I've seen a major decline in service. First of all a chicken bowl cost over 10 dollars. I get inflation and all. And if tht portions stayed the same then ok... I get it. But they want to skimp on all the portions. Like with the chicken. They want to give you a half a scoop while shaking off a few before adding to the bowl. Like you end up with 5 pieces of chicken. Also the veggies (peppers and onions) are always soggy and look like garbage. I was fresh and crisp veggies. Not a soggy mush. This place is straight garbage. Never again.

Every single time I have order off of uber eats. They continue to miss out items that I’ve paid for. It has happened on multiple occasions. In addition to the extended wait time which is like 40 mins. I wish there were better communication to notify the person who order the food.

Pay $3 doordash for chips and salsa and you get a half cup of salsa. Happens often

Normally, I enjoy the brand regardless of location, but I feel it's important to share that I got food poisoning from here on 7/5/25. Ordered a sofritas bowl, so not even meat. But I noticed the dining room temp was also quite warm, so there may be some AC/fridge/food temp issues.

Was up ALL night offloading that thing in the worst way. Today, I still have a sour stomach w/cramps and a headache. I did call the store to report it and will also inform GA Health Services so they can have a record in case anyone else had the same problem. For right now, be cautious ⚠️

We have eaten at this Chipotle for quite a while now. We always enjoy the food quality, the food quantity as well as the service. The new Chipotle Honey Chicken is really outstanding. Some of the seasonal specials tend to be a little too spicy for me. This new Honey Chipotle Chicken is spicy and sweet but doesn't blow out your taste buds! It may not be hot enough for some people but it's perfect for me and my husband. He likes food spicier than me and he thought it was pretty spicy🤷🏼‍♀️ I think that certain types of peppers and capsaicin effect people differently. Also each jalapeno pepper(which is what is used for chipotle)has a different heat level so you never know what to expect which can account for some inconsistency, so sometimes a dish is really hot and sometimes not too hot. So as long as you know and accept that, it's all good! Anyway don't hesitate to try this restaurant and the new Honey Chipotle Chicken.

Dietary restrictions: My adult son has Celiac and this is one of the few "fast food" type restaurant where he can eat. They have many Gluten Free items.

A clipped NAIL in my food bowl!🤢 I ate there Monday 03/17/25 at around 1:40 pm. check your food thoroughly cause I still can’t believe there was a nail in my food I wanted to throw up 🤮 do they not wear gloves here??!
