Chipotle Mexican Grill

The tomatoes are too salty today.

We have eaten at this Chipotle for quite a while now. We always enjoy the food quality, the food quantity as well as the service. The new Chipotle Honey Chicken is really outstanding. Some of the seasonal specials tend to be a little too spicy for me. This new Honey Chipotle Chicken is spicy and sweet but doesn't blow out your taste buds! It may not be hot enough for some people but it's perfect for me and my husband. He likes food spicier than me and he thought it was pretty spicy🤷🏼‍♀️ I think that certain types of peppers and capsaicin effect people differently. Also each jalapeno pepper(which is what is used for chipotle)has a different heat level so you never know what to expect which can account for some inconsistency, so sometimes a dish is really hot and sometimes not too hot. So as long as you know and accept that, it's all good! Anyway don't hesitate to try this restaurant and the new Honey Chipotle Chicken.

Dietary restrictions: My adult son has Celiac and this is one of the few "fast food" type restaurant where he can eat. They have many Gluten Free items.

A clipped NAIL in my food bowl!🤢 I ate there Monday 03/17/25 at around 1:40 pm. check your food thoroughly cause I still can’t believe there was a nail in my food I wanted to throw up 🤮 do they not wear gloves here??!

The white lady making the steak bowls for me and my husband looked nothing like the guy steak bowl in front or behind me. It's just sad if color played a role. Needless to say, we didn't purchase. We left.

The young lady who was preparing my food sneezed openly. Nasty

I was trying to use a coupon here . I went to the chipotle up the block , very excited . I was trying to use my coupon for free guac and chips . Coupon couldn’t be used because I was at wrong location . I quickly drove to the correct location and explained what happened . I was willing to buy a drink , although I showed her my receipt , she declined and wouldn’t honor my coupon . I’m pretty sure if I spoke spanish she would have helped , needless to say , I won’t be returning here .
