Amazing chicken, genuinely some of the best I’ve had, but the service was absolutely and atrociously terrible, hence the one star. We were charged significantly more than expected with no clear explanation, and on top of that, a mandatory tip was added despite the fact that proper service was barely provided. Initially, I was dining with just one friend, and later a few other friends joined us simply to talk. They didn’t order food, yet we were still required to pay a mandatory tip, which felt completely unreasonable. To make matters worse, when one of my friends ordered just a single bowl of rice, the staff still barely checked in on our table. There was little to no attentiveness throughout the entire visit. No follow-ups, no effort to ensure everything was okay, absolutely nothing that would justify the extra charges or forced gratuity. It’s really disappointing because the food itself was excellent, but the overall experience was overshadowed by poor service and questionable billing practices. Great chicken cannot make up for feeling overcharged and poorly treated as a customer. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t return based on this experience.

The floor was very sticky so when we were walking our feet stick to the floor so that was very awkward . The food was good but whoever it was cooking made sure to crush my onion rings before they serve them to me so I was very disappointed by that. Everyone else's food was perfect

The owner was so nice. He give us a lot of suggestions and guidance on the menu and came out and gave our crying sad toddler a choco pie. I have been looking for a good Korean fried chicken place I used to love Thank U Chicken but they've been closed for years. Here's my new go to spot when I'm in the area.

I KNEW SOMETHING WAS WRONG AFTER THAT FIRST BITE AND WHEN I LOOKED DOWN AT MY CHICKEN IT WAS BRIGHT PINK. I STOPPED EATING IMMEDIATELY AND THEN THE HORRIBLE REALIZATION HIT ME. I SWALLOWED THAT ONE BITE. NOW HERE I AM WRITING A REVIEW ON MY TOILET WHILE I HAVE EXPLOSIVE DIARRHEA. 😭✌️

This place was a really terrible experience When we first walked in it was alright. But as we got seated and the food came out we were given attitude and the way the server had put the plate on the table was also very disrespectful and not at all a way to treat a customer.Also with the price of the food, (the daikon was also cut very badly with) the quality and size did not meet our expectations. Only ordering two dishes alongside two sides came up with a cost of 53$! They had also added in a 18% (7$) gratuity tip without us acknowledging. And when we gave them their cash, they did not return the change and instead put it in their own tip jar like they were entitled to it when they never even gave good service. And also when we went to confront them about the change, they gave us attitude at us when we just wanted our money back because their service was not gonna get rewarded. Getting in a group and glaring at us while we left. Even though we weren't even loud as a group of 6 people. The only reason this is a one star is because i could not give it less. ( also a friend had forgotten about his water bottle and when he came back to get it they staff had denied basically stealing a persons personal property which is not okay. Personally in my opinion, the staff here is terrible and think that they should get fired. If they really think that working in such a lousy rude manner is okay then they just shouldn’t have a job at all in the service industry at all. Acting like that is not gonna get them anywhere in life.
