The owner was so nice.
He give us a lot of suggestions and guidance on the menu and came out and gave our crying sad toddler a choco pie.
I have been looking for a good Korean fried chicken place I used to love Thank U Chicken but they've been closed for years. Here's my new go to spot when I'm in the area.

THE CHICKEN WAS RAW AND I THINK I GOT FOOD POISONING. I HAVE BEEN THROWING UP AND HAVING DIARRHEA EVER SINCE I ATE CHICKEN THERE. ALSO THE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE AND I LEFT THE PLACE PISSED OFF. I KNEW SOMETHING WAS WRONG AFTER THAT FIRST BITE AND WHEN I LOOKED DOWN AT MY CHICKEN IT WAS BRIGHT PINK. I STOPPED EATING IMMEDIATELY AND THEN THE HORRIBLE REALIZATION HIT ME. I SWALLOWED THAT ONE BITE. NOW HERE I AM WRITING A REVIEW ON MY TOILET WHILE I HAVE EXPLOSIVE DIARRHEA. šŸ˜āœŒļø

This place was a really terrible experience
When we first walked in it was alright. But as we got seated and the food came out we were given attitude and the way the server had put the plate on the table was also very disrespectful and not at all a way to treat a customer. Also with the price of the food, (the daikon was also cut very badly with) the quality and size did not meet our expectations. Only ordering two dishes alongside two sides came up with a cost of 53$! They had also added in a 18% (7$) gratuity tip without us acknowledging. And when we gave them their cash, they did not return the change and instead put it in their own tip jar like they were entitled to it when they never even gave good service. And also when we went to confront them about the change, they gave us attitude at us when we just wanted our money back because their service was not gonna get rewarded. Getting in a group and glaring at us while we left. Even though we weren't even loud as a group of 6 people. The only reason this is a one star is because i could not give it less. ( also a friend had forgotten about his water bottle and when he came back to get it they staff had denied basically stealing a persons personal property which is not okay. Personally in my opinion, the staff here is terrible and think that they should get fired. If they really think that working in such a lousy rude manner is okay then they just shouldn’t have a job at all in the service industry at all. Acting like that is not gonna get them anywhere in life.

The food is very good but the customer service felt very much like ā€œwe don’t want your kind hereā€. I felt very uncomfortable.

I’ve been a loyal customer to Choong Man Chicken for the past 5 years but was very disappointed with my order yesterday. The fried ā€œhotā€ā€™chicken with snow onion sauce felt undercooked and in my soy garlic chicken tenders, I found a large hair. Portion size for the soy garlic chicken was smaller than when I ordered the same thing 2 weeks prior. Customer service needs to be improved as well.

Food is good, not as crispy as I thought it was going to be but flavors are good. The fries are crispy and yummy. The service is alright. The place does smell a bit.

I recently visited Chong Man Chicken in Duluth, GA on 10/15, hoping for a solid fried chicken lunch, but unfortunately, the experience fell short on several fronts.

We ordered the lunch plate, and I was disappointed to find that the chicken was mostly breading with very little actual meat. The portion looked generous at first glance, but once you bit in, there wasn't much substance to it. For a place specializing in fried chicken, I expected better quality and balance between crispiness and meat.

Service-wise, the staff were polite when interacting with customers, but when not actively helping guests, they were sitting at a table near the register, openly vaping indoors. While they didn’t neglect the service, the vaping inside the restaurant was off-putting and unprofessional, especially in a food establishment.

The overall quality of the food was disappointing, and paired with the casual attitude toward indoor smoking, it left a negative impression. There are plenty of other Korean fried chicken spots in the area, and sadly, I wouldn't be in a rush to return to this one.

My first time here and I was impressed. Both the servers recommended the garlic soy and garlic spicy wings. I was excited to try it out and let me tell you, it’s the most delicious wings that I have ever tried!!! I will remember this experience for the rest of my life. šŸ¤—šŸ¤—

Very rude and lazy employees. After telling them they messed up the order, both male and female employees at the front refused to acknowledge or apologize for their mistake.
