This used to be our go-to place every time we wanted fried chicken. We have been going to Peachtree Corners location recently but we decided to go to this location today. It looked like they have a new owner now. Not sure when that happened but the owner we saw wasn't same as the one we knew. We ordered monster fries, snow onion tender and red pepper half chicken. Fries came out, with half sauce. I didn't pay too much attention. Snow onion came out, barely with any sauce or onions....Onions were too thick and chicken was not crispy. Red hot pepper one was fine. As good as the other location. Servers...they were ok. Not friendly, not rude. They didn't really care and they were just working. We probably won't go to this location again. Peachtree Corners one, it's self service location. But lady at the counter is always so nice and food is way better. At this location, how it comes out doesn't look appealing at all and looks small. They used to give you cabbage salad with pickled radish. That's not the case anymore. Overall, I felt it wasn't worth the money.

The curry tikkudak with a side of pickled radish is so utterly delicious! Drenched in sauce while remaining crispy and the coolness of the radish provides a nice reprieve from the spiciness of the curry.

While the food was decent, the service definitely needs to be improved. There are two front-of-house workers (one man and one woman) who look like they wanted to die while being extremely rude, so they should find another job because customer service is not for them. When we were ready to order we waited about 15 minutes before they got off their phones to notice.

Definitely would not recommend this place. Ordered on DoorDash. Went at a promised time after 30 minutes. that’s the horrible beginning. The staff said it’s not ready. While on the app shows ready to pickup.
We waited more 30 minutes until got my food.
In between, the owner keeps bullshitting DoorDash sometimes delays, nothing they can do and promised few more minutes. Until I was so pissed and asked how long more have to wait. Another customer came and said they got their takeout wrongly. If you messed up just say, DONT BE a LIAR. Until got home, saw they made a mess not closing the lid properly. Totally wasted my time and money!

It was my first time there for Korean style frying chicken in the US. It was so crunchy and delicious. My American friends said that this is the best chicken ever has. We're going back very soon.
I have actually eaten here many times, the food is delicious but the service attitude of the staff is really bad because there is no enthusiasm towards customers, I don't know if the restaurant really trains its staff, it really should be checked again, especially one female staff has a very bad attitude, customer service -10000000000 points
Went later in the evening and it was not crowded. Service was prompt and the food was fantastic. Got the hot snow onion tenders. 10/10 will go back

Don’t go here unless you have all day to wait on your food. My husband went here on his lunch break and was told 20 minutes, which seems long for a lunch special of chicken & fries. He paid and asked to get it to go. He asked for a refund at 24 minutes since he was going to be late getting back to work. They told him they needed 5 more minutes and he explained that he needed to return to work. He ended up just leaving. So no food and no refund! Will not return.

My family and I stopped by as we were passing through the area and we order tenders and fries . We noticed no type of condiments (we ordered chicken tenders ) we asked the tall Asian guy with curly hair about the sauces . He said they had ranch and blue cheese we asked for ranch and he said it’s 50¢ we looked at each other because why are you charging for a dipping sauce and we didn’t get any to begin with but okay went to the car and grabbed 50¢ he brings the ranch and said oh 63¢ with tax …..why didn’t you say that to begin with … so we sent it back because it’s just the principal.

Best wings in town, but the service is lacking. It's setup to look & function best as counter service & takeout but they have eating in as table service. There isn't separate waiters though so you have to flag the couple of guys down to order or pay which can take awhile & feel weird.
