My family and I have dined here many times in the past, but our most recent visit was extremely disappointing. My mother came in to ask for a table, and while English is not her first language, she did her best to communicate. Unfortunately, after speaking with her, two male employees began mocking her accent and laughing at her. This behavior was disrespectful and deeply inappropriate. Such conduct is unacceptable and comes across as xenophobic. Because of this experience, we will not be returning.

Everything about this place gave me a high luxury feel. However, I do feel like the food was lacking. I’m not sure if it’s just Wagyu in general has such a strong flavor, but I did not like it whatsoever. I did try the pork options, which was slightly better and some of the regular steak options with some sauce also slightly better. But for the prices for my table of four to be about $300 when one of my kids, barely even touched any meat. It’s not worth it. I’ll probably stick to other types of barbecue Asian spots.
The experience was still pleasant and our server genuinely seemed to care when I mentioned I was not really liking any of their meat.

Everything was amazing! The food, the service, and Cat our server was amazing! Reserve the private room for my boyfriend birthday and they were very attentive. Recommend this place 10/10! Will be back again

The food was good as usual, which made the rest of the experience more disappointing. The visit did not reflect the level of service I have come to expect.

The service felt noticeably unwelcoming and inattentive. Staff interaction lacked warmth, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable. The tipping situation was also frustrating. We had already tipped in cash, yet an additional 18 percent gratuity was added without clear communication. I do not know whether this was intentional, but it created confusion and came across as greedy. Transparency and professionalism in service are essential, especially at this price point.
