I’ve been coming to this location for a while because Cold Stone is one of my favorite ice cream spots, but this particular location has become very hit or miss. It also seems like there’s always someone new working,
never the same faces which makes the service really inconsistent.

The young lady working tonight had a terrible attitude: no customer service, no personality, just an overall unpleasant demeanor. Even when I asked for my ice cream to be made a certain way, the attitude was unnecessary.

On top of that, if I’m paying for a certain size, I expect to actually get that size, not a container that isn’t even filled properly. That’s frustrating and feels like I’m not getting what I paid for.

The service has really gone downhill. I think I’m going to have to find another location because this just isn’t it anymore.

11.29.25 This afternoon I was with my son, and he wanted to stop by Cold Stone, so we went. As soon as we walked in, I noticed all new faces working there. The young lady who started making my ice cream tried to hand me a container that was barely halfway full. First of all, if I’m paying for a larger size, especially at $17. I expect the container to be full. Don’t hand me something half-empty and expect me to pay full price. When I questioned it, she said, “I can fill it up.” Yes, you should fill it up because that’s what I’m paying for.

Then she asked if there was anything else. The young man who was there offered to make the second ice cream for me. It was a “Gotta Have It” with Oreos. He made it — but then scooped out practically all the Oreos! So what was the point of paying extra for an Oreo overload if you’re going to remove the toppings? The inconsistency in this store is unbelievable.

I asked for management, and of course I was told there was no manager present. As I was getting ready to leave, another employee walked in, one I recognized. She has helped me before and always fixes things correctly. As soon as she realized what happened, she corrected the mistake — just like she has done in the past. Usually, when I come in, it’s her and the manager (I think his wife might be the other person) who make sure the ice cream is done right.

One thing about me: if I’m spending my hard-earned money, I expect the product and the service to be right. If you don’t want to work there or provide good service, then maybe it’s time to find another job. Customer service is a big deal to me, and when it’s missing, I have a problem.

At this point, today’s experience is telling me I need to find another ice cream spot to take my son to.
Any recommendations for a better place to get good, consistent ice cream?

If i could give it zero stars i would! They dont have butter pecan icecream which is a staple to have for an icecream shop. Elissa was so sweet n helpful! Her customers service was fabulous!

This location is disappointing. It should be upscale, but the customer service is severely lacking and it smells like urine as you stand in line waiting for overpriced ice cream. Once you get to the front of the line to pay, there are no Cold Stone napkins for your quickly melting ice cream..only a paper town roll that belongs to the smelly restroom in the facility.

I came in with great energy, genuinely excited to get some ice cream—but my experience quickly took a turn. From the moment I walked in, I was met with poor customer service. One young employee seemed to find everything amusing, making faces and acting unprofessionally.

I ordered my ice cream with a waffle cone, only to find the cone was extremely stale. I went back inside to ask for a remake, having only taken one bite, but was told it wasn’t stale and they couldn’t replace it.

When I asked for a refund, the person in charge (perhaps the manager) offered me a cone by itself as a compromise. Even though I hadn’t touched the ice cream, they said they couldn’t take it back and claimed no one knew how to process a refund.

Throughout all of this, the same employee continued to behave like it was all a joke. Absolutely horrible customer service. I won’t be returning.

This place is nasty. Customer service is horrible. Didn’t get acknowledged or welcomed when I came in. Very disorganized. Most importantly, it’s pretty disgusting to eat the ice cream out of the tub in front of customers. Absolutely disgusted and walked out. Never coming back.
