Many flavors to choose from and also chose from waffle bowl or cone.
Pricey, but one can get a lot of ice cream in a small.

Great experience. The staff were very friendly and portions matched the price, large! If the fella throwing around the scoops wasn’t so efficient, I could see how the lack of help could be an issue. Was very delicious.

Worst customer service, one of the executives didn't care about what should be done to properly mix the ice cream and give it to the customer. All she was cared about is finish filling up ice cream and send them to register. Another representative came in and she does the perfect job.

Was my first time trying this place, I got so excited because reminded me about having ice cream at my hometown. I highly recommend the signature creations. The staff was really friendly.

We stopped by tonight around 9:30 PM (they close at 10) and it was slammed! The three young women working were busting their butts making everyone’s ice cream but were so kind to us and also helping each other out. We had stopped coming here for a while due to a few bad experiences but tonight was a great experience and we’ll be back again soon!

Very bad customer service,facility is rude..

Meant to post this a few weeks ago, but went to this Cold Stone over Memorial Day weekend. I had never been, and did not know about how the ice cream was mixed (silly, I know!). I have an allergy, and was worried when it hit me that all the ice cream is mixed on the same slab. I didn’t think this was avoidable, so I just asked the lady at the counter if she could use different spatulas, to minimize the amount of contamination I would get. Not only did she change spatulas, she actually went into the back freezers and scooped my ice cream separately from there. This was so kind of her to do, and I was able to enjoy my ice cream allergen-free! I just really appreciate this employee going out of her way to help me on a busy holiday, and her kindness made the rest of my day that much better. Thank you Cold Stone for excusing my misunderstanding of the mixing process y’all use (I don’t get out much), and thank you for going the extra mile anyway. ?

This place is very dirty

Our favorite ice cream spot. They were so nice and accommodating when we brought our rambunctious kids, very kind and patient, and the ice cream was absolutely delicious! We will definitely be back and appreciate a place that makes us feel so welcome!

Located next to Regal Medlock. A supreme spot to have a dessert.Cozy place.The store was closing at 10 but the queue was too big.All the workers in the store were helpful in getting the right one.Tried the pie you love. It was awesome.Loved the taste

The person making the ice cream wasn’t even in uniform he was in sweat pants but the most important thing is to know that he didn’t have on any type of hair net that’s gross but not as much as the bad smell coming from the bathrooms and the store smells really bad.

I’m giving this place a 1 star because there’s always only one person working and there's always a long line and it’s not fair. Whoever the owner is, stop being cheap and hire some more help…
