I really love crafts burger but why did they serve me my chicken raw and continue to say it’s not raw….

I was here before there was a different owner.
Owners were Asians before, the taste is not the same.
Taste is just alright, ordered the Busybee burger (not pictured), macaroni kids meal, cheese sticks, came with onion rings which was not good.
Had parmesan on it, wish was just plain.
It was not busy on a Friday afternoon.
Overall, taste was just okay

The besssssssst burger I have had in FOREVER! I chose to build my own burger : Beef Patty, white American cheese, two onion rings and BBQ sauce with a side of sweet potato fries! My day has been made ❤️

Hello I feel it's very unpleasant and outrageous to receive a burger that is still uncooked. If this is how you make food it should be stated while ordering. Now that I have returned to this location and is closed I just spent almost 20 dollars for absolutely no reason and I can't even enjoy a meal. What a disgrace if I could give a lower grade I would

Her name was danyale, so sweet so kind very patient and overall helpful she explained the menu I was kinda awkward since it was my first time here but she was able to sooth my nerves

Came to try a new burger spot and came across this and It sure exceeded my expectations the burger was not to pricey especially for what your getting, the wait wasn’t too long and it was hot and fresh, the limeade was refreshing would definitely come back

I came to this craft burger after frequenting the Alpharetta location Daniella rly set the experience apart 10/10 customer service everting was hot fresh and super quick really appreciate the service and I would come back

Of all the things my family tried, including burgers, fries, and salads, none of them were bad, but they weren’t extraordinary for their price, which was not bad at all considering the area. The additive prices were a different story though. I did hear about the ingredients being vegan. Perhaps that is a justification, but that is not a selling point for me. However, the chicken wings, or should I say chicken fingers, were a massive disappointment. They were very tiny and overpriced and to me tasted like something out of a grocery store.

All I can say Is the Food was Banging!!!! So many different choices & it comes out hot, made with love. Got to try them, you won't regret it! I even tried the salmon on the bed of brussel sprouts with parm cheese...whew wee!!!

We have ordered burgers from here about 6-8 times. They are always phenomenal! My wife doesn’t eat beef or pork and says that their turkey burgers are the best restaurant burgers she’s ever had. We always order the onion rings because they are fire! My wife got the fried chicken tonight and she was amazed! Never had a bad experience! Food is incredible! Will be back again, and again, and again!
