I used to come here about once a month for the late-night Korean street food vibe, and usually enjoyed the food and friendly service. However, during my last visit, I ordered my usual favorites—pork back bone stew and clam noodle soup. Everything was good until I bit into a clam that hadn’t been properly purged, which caused a tooth injury.

I mentioned it to the server, who said sorry but took no further action. I didn’t make a big deal at the time since I was with a large group, but the pain persisted, and a dentist later confirmed a cracked molar, which needed treatment.

Unfortunately, I won’t be returning and have been warning friends to be cautious with the clam noodle soup here.

Daebal House is lit! The food is fire, seriously delicious, and the whole vibe of the place is super cozy. The staff and the owner are mad chill, super friendly, and their service is on point. But the real thing is the Korean pocha feels! With a shot of soju, singing your heart out, and just soaking in that nostalgic atmosphere – it's a whole mood. 10/10 would recommend!

Our party of 4 came around 11pm and we had some anjoo (beer snacks), fries, and some Korean alcohol. Location is great and is right off of peachtree industrial. There aren’t a lot of places opened late at night so it was very nice to have an option like Daebal. When we got there we were greeted by the owner who was very friendly. The atmosphere is great here with some throwback Korean songs and the lighting and table set up was just like the pochas you see in Korea. The food was also delicious, we got a spicy pork belly dish and some fries and they were both really good. We all enjoyed the food and with the alcohol it was the perfect combo. Overall, the food and atmosphere was great and the owner made it even better by providing us excellent customer service. We will definitely be back!

Overpriced. The food was mid. Got charged for a container like seriously?? (I never asked for a big container). Other korean restaurants would give a lot of banchan but here they only give you popcorn and kimchi. Would never go back.

I was so annoyed while eating it because it was a 40-minute round trip.

Even though the amount of gamjatang was large and it was boiled separately, the meat was too tough and had a strong meaty smell, and the amount of peppercorns added made my mouth sore every time I chewed it.
I can't even eat dinner and I'm already preparing dinner.

The atmosphere is reminiscent of Korea.
It was nice because it felt like an indoor food stall.
Two things that are disappointing are that there is no button to call,

Since the only servers were men, it was inconvenient to ask them to bring you something. It seemed like a place that competed on food and atmosphere, but the service didn't feel very friendly.
