The caprese salad had tomatoes that were refrigerated cold and not ripe. Consistency of styrofoam. It's summer, do better.
Hands down one of my best dining experiences. From our check in to our leaving, the service was impeccable. Our servers Marco and Travis were amazing. They made a point to ask our names and remembered throughout our dining. The manager April Kluttz was very accommodating and continuously checked to see how our dining experience was going. Yeah Frankie's owes us nothing other than ensuring we will return again and we will definitely return again! Thank you for making my 18th Anniversary one for the books!
Despite a monstrous crowd, service was great, food was tremendous, and staff courteous! We always enjoy Frankie's !
"Terrible service... except for Jeff!" I rarely leave reviews, but our recent experience was frustrating enough that I felt it needed to be shared. This is my 3rd time visiting. The first 2 visits were okay, but this last time was a mess. We were seated fairly quickly, and our server who I think is fairly new was working with other server, an African American plus size lady with a huge afro with an attitude acted like were there for free food. She seemed more interested in chatting and gossiping about us with coworkers than actually doing their job. She rolled her eyes when we requested for bread. Instead of her asking for clarification on my to go order, they started giggling and gossiping as if we neusance to them. Absolutely unprofessional and rude. It was clear they didn't want to be there, and unfortunately, they made sure we knew it too. Very unprofessional. They need some serious retraining. Just when we were about to give up and leave, Jeff stepped in. What a difference! He was polite, attentive, and actually seemed to care. He apologized for their behavior (even though it wasn't his fault), made great suggestions, and got everything back on track. Honestly, Jeff single-handedly saved our night. If it weren't for him, we would have walked out. Management, please take note — Jeff is a gem, and the only reason this isn't a zero-star review. The other server needs serious training or a different job.
We've dined at Frankie's, more times than I can count and this was the first time that we left unsatisfied. My oysters were overcooked, the cheese was so hard and lacked flavor. My husband and daughter steak came out overcooked and dry, which was totally shocking. My filet was cooked perfect but tasted as if alllll of the salt was on one part of the steak only. I loved the Brussels and lobster mac, as usual and the wine was great. The service was fantastic as usual! It was a bit disappointing overall this time.
Best place for dining and service. Consistently on point. We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary and have dined here several times before. Gamaliel, Leon and Luis took excellent care of us. April stop at our table to chat with us. As we exited the restaurant, the manager said Happy Anniversary and Birthday as well. If you haven't been, you're missing out. Highly recommend.
Ala carte menu was very typical for a top-flight steakhouse; steaks ranged from about $60 to over $100. They have an extensive wine list, but they don't focus on having an extensive wine list. Ambience was classic high-end restaurant; pleasant without intruding. Food was outstanding. Flavors were predictable, but "popped" more than at other places. Service was beyond excellent— by the time the check came, you felt you had made new friends.
The steaks were not as tasty as our first visit. The sides were delicious. The service provided was excellent and top notch.
We had been to Frankie's once before for a special occasion and everything was outstanding. Our second visit was for a birthday dinner, reserved weeks in advance for a Monday night. We were seated in a booth in a back corner, with a large table right next to us. Despite that, everything was good until the actual main course was delivered. Neither steak was cooked properly and no one came to check on us at all until we were ready to leave and they saw the steaks weren't eaten. Both waiters and the bus person, as well as the manager, came to every table around us to check and chat with the larger tables, but never our table. The manager even glanced back at us and kept walking. They did comp the meal but it doesn't make up for the ruined atmosphere of the celebration nor that we felt like the "forgotten table" - all tables should be treated the same, regardless of how many people or how much you feel will be spent. We will spend our money elsewhere for future special occasions.
Our servers, Don and Travis, were exceptional! attentive, humor, and exact service thats is expected at this level of dining they were fabulous and made the experience better for our group

It being our 3rd time to this restaurant, this time to celebrate our 13th wedding anniversary, we found our server trainee, Daija, was very attentive and responsive. The food, vibe and the rest of the wait staff were awesome as always.
Went to Frankie's for my Wedding Anniversary. Although I usually have a steak this time I wanted to try some seafood. The Chilean Sea Bass was terrific! My wife loved the Scottish Salmon. As always, the service was excellent. We will be back soon for our next special occasion. Thanks Frankie's you are the best!
Outstanding experience. Absolutely fantastic service, meal was delicious, and they were so great to celebrate our anniversary. Unfortunately, the table behind us was extremely loud, and one lady was so obnoxious and she kept talking over everyone and literally screaming all night. She indulged a little too much and was oblivious to anyone else's experience.
This is such a wonderful place to eat. The food is well above any steakhouse in Atlanta and the service is ALWAYS amazing. They are so consistent in everything and I really appreciate them sticking to their standards on the dress code.
I had an amazing experience! The food, service, ever was spectacular! Edward, five star service! Everyone who approached our table was so polite & professional...I used to serve tables for almost 18yrs in fine dining and I was beyond impressed & satisfied! The Wagyu Delmonico was thee best steak I've ever had! Thank you for everything!
