Took my wife here for the first time to try out some new places. It was very busy when we walked in, but we were greeted right away with friendly smiles from the staff. The cashier was literally running back and forth helping with drinks and taking orders, and the other two workers were working just as hard. Even though it was packed, they stayed positive and professional the whole time. I asked a lot of questions about the drinks, and the cashier was happy to answer every single one. Overall, the staff were extremely friendly and the drinks were absolutely delicious. Definitely a great first experience — we’ll be coming back!

I ordered 50% sweet but still is extremely sweet, can you guys let us know that ur drinks are extremely sweet, I can’t imagine regular sweet, probably worst than a soda, and let’s not even talk about customer service

Update… Im reading the reviews and see how who ever is replying is calling all of us liers lol, it is not bad to accept mistakes. There is a powerful word and its called being humbled.

I just paid 9 dollars plus tip for a matcha strawberry boba that didn’t have boba. I asked the kid working “does this have boba in it?” & he said yes so I left bc I had to get back to my car before the meter ran out. I know it’s something simple but it’s a 10 dollar drink that I purchased solely for the boba & he just dismissed me knowing he didn’t put boba in there when that’s what I ordered and paid for. I love the one in Gwinnett but I will not return to this one. Waste of time and parking and money.

Really bad tea , and really had really bad customer services , I saw they pick nose and make the tea . I told them remake the tea , they refused, never come back again

I think you should train your employee ! I been here a lot like few years already and this is the first time I got an ridiculous attitude from the girl who do service customers .

Stopped by this bubble tea shop for the first time on a Saturday night, and it was such a great experience. The store had beautiful decor and a welcoming vibe, but what stood out most was the amazing customer service. The staff were incredibly friendly — the cashier was especially nice and polite, super helpful in guiding me through the menu (I’m new to the area), and even gave me honest local recommendations. Their warm attitude made a great first impression. The other workers were also kind and kept thanking us with big smiles as we left. Despite being a little busy, they stayed professional while still having fun, even dancing a bit behind the counter. I got the taro slush and it was absolutely delicious. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to others

Place is trash. Manager is rude and reply’s to negative comments with responding disrespectfully.

I stopped by Ding Tea and tried the Vietnamese Strawberry Yogurt drink so refreshing, creamy, and just the right balance of sweet and tangy! 😋 The shop itself is super cute too, with all the plants and cozy vibes (perfect for pics 📸🌿). Staff was friendly, service was quick, and the whole experience felt like a mini getaway. Definitely coming back to try more!

Will not come back to this location! Rude! I will take my business else where.

Update: I also found black pieces of what looks like the bottom of a nonstick pan in my drink…

Milk tea and sugar cane very good

That was absolutely best service i ever experienced. Nice staffs and good drink. An asian milk tea shop u should come to enjoy your day. My wife loves here, she had a special feeling with this place. I will take my daughter here to choose her favourite drink.

Family and I came in here to try this place out. The staff were rushing us and disrespectful. Drinks were not good at all. This place is pricy compared to different places. We had a hard time understanding the staff as she spoke very quickly and have an accent. Portion of toppings were so little I can count how many boba there were in my drink. I ended up not finishing my drink and throwing it away.

The place overall was small. I will say that the decoration inside was cute.
