Ding Tea at Duluth

This is a quaint little cafe with limited seating and cute interiors. The tea had amazing flavors and the right amount of sweetness to it. We tried both hot and cold options and really loved the taste of both. I felt the flavor and quality of the tea use was much better than other bubble tea places. They do have other branches and do check them out at your nearest location.

Came in around 3ish today , I’ll have some mixture feelings to give y’all 4 stars. Some highlight points I wanna mention that
1. Nice decorations, ngl but the store is very very cute like I’m obsessed with the view of each station 😍
2. The cashier was friendly which helped me pick out the right drink that I wanna get cause there were so many new drinks and they all looked so good.
3. BUT THE BOBA was pretty SOGGY , it didn’t taste like what I always had before.
4. I wonder why there was only employee like she’s running back and forth and do everything?
5. The floor was pretty dirty ….
Overall my experience about the drink was very good! I’ll be back to try some other drinks

January 2025 updates: Add a star as they recently renovated the seating area, creating a more inviting vibe, and the service has improved significantly—orders now come out much faster.

The ordering process was normal, but it took forever for them to make the tea. The drinks were decent, but nothing special and it's 50 cents more than some other better places.

I usually enjoy and feel welcomed every time I come to this location. However, I walked in today and greeted the man at the front. I don’t know if he meant to dismiss me, but he came across as if he didn’t know how to interact with customers nor take orders in a well manner. I work in customer service myself, so I know how exhausting it can be to talk to customers. I’m trying to be understanding of the man’s behavior, but in no manner should you ever treat nor serve customers with such ill behavior. He not only did this to me but as well as the couple right behind me. It seemed like he was so busy talking with his coworker that he didn’t want to stop for a moment to acknowledge customers without them having to approach him first. I hope everyone else has a better experience than I did.

Usually go to the location at the mall but this is my fav boba spot.

Always giving wrong orders. I always asked for zero sugar and they never followed and giving wrong toppings too

This last time that I went to this Ding Tea, the drink with regular sugar was watered down. Usually this isn't a problem and all the drinks I order are great! I guess this a one time thing. Just make sure to try your drink before leaving the premises
