As I was ordering my pizza for a special occasion the phone service was met with an attitude. As I was telling them what I wanted for my pizza and was given the OK. When it was delivered the pizza was entirely wrong. When I tried to call back and tell them the pizza was done wrongly I was hoping that they would at least accommodate and make the correct order that I asked for. However, I was instead met with more attitude and told that I had to pay for another one end of discussion. This was their fault on their part and didn’t even apologize. I wouldn’t recommend coming to this Domino’s nor ordering.

I come here all the time. All the time, to the point that I got a ton of points to get a free pizza that was New York style. The bread is thicker than an original hand tossed pizza and DOUGHY tasting. I asked for it to be remade but was told no, and I would have to purchase the pizza again because my pizza was free…the pizza is FREE because I ordered a ton of pizzas and got points. I didn’t appreciate the bad customer service. Sometimes they are forgetful and I have to drive all the way back and I just understand and make no complaints. Because it’s a free pizza, it’s okay that they made it incorrect??! I brought the pizza back to show them, Trent was extremely disrespectful and rude as if he was raised with no manners.

I just order my pizza I didn’t receive my food and the workers told me they can’t do anything about it!! No refund! He was very very rude !!!! Spoke to me English at first then he spoke tin Spanish and hang the phone up in my ears like I was a nobody! No customer service if you ask me I am a pregnant woman who only want a damn pizza very disrespectful young man !!! I would never ever order back !

I ordered 5 pizzas for my pinball tournament - for about 20 people. I was amazed when all 5 pizzas showed up less than 30 minutes later. Very high quality, best pizza I’ve had all year. I really appreciate these folks!

Great customer service and great pizza made just right. So ordered tonight and they tried handing me a burnt pizza. Tried explaining that the edges should be brown not black the black would be too burnt and taste like charcoal. Guy seemed a bit snippy claiming if it's thin crust it'll look like that. Every time he makes them they come out like that. That's just how it's going to be. So apparently two times of ordering here is the best they can do. I guess I will try and check out another location. Thin crust was perfect at this location just two days ago. I don't know what happened. ??
