I placed an order for delivery for a large chicken and jalapeño pizza and I received the pizza 30 min later after tracking it since the store location is only 10 min away from my house. I received the pizza with barely any chicken and I asked for it to be crispy and instead it came soggy and cold. This is the 3rd or 4th time this is happened to me at this location. I called to speak to the very “helpful” manager named Kayla and she decided to hang up on me instead of listening to my concern. This is the worst location with the most disrespectful staff. I would rather pay $50 extra for delivery from another location than get it from this one. Save your time, energy and money!!!!! I will be taking this to corporate and I will make sure this gets escalated immediately because this is just ridiculous!

Just paid $40 for 2 pizzas that weren't made correctly... asked how to redeem for the emergency pizza and basically was told that we have to wait a week to use it??
Update: a year later still horrible. No toppings meat tastes spoiled and very gamey.. hardly any toppings on pizza 100 black olives no chicken no green pepper , straight TRASH.

One of the old white delivery drivers in a white hatchback is trying to cause accidents pulling out. He almost caused two accidents trying to pull out of the parking lot. Not a good look on when you have a domino's sign on the top of your car

I stopped in to pickup a small pizza for lunch, added a Lemonade. Cashier was friendly and professional. After a very short wait I was on my way back to work.

I just want you to know my family coworkers and my boss who work down the street have been ordering pizza from 3406 Buford hwy location for an extended period. Every time I place an order, I request that they apply mango habanero sauce, and the staff consistently accommodate my preference. However, on my recent online order, Lucas, the pizza maker, responded rudely and unprofessionally when I made the same request. He claimed that in his five years of working there, he had never added sauce to a pizza and implied that he couldn't fulfill my request, all while being dismissive and sarcastic. Since he was the only staff member making all orders, he directed unwarranted frustration towards me. Due to this unpleasant experience, my families and I have decided to stop going to this location.

Extremely disappointing experience—repeatedly. I’ve given this Domino’s location multiple chances because it’s close to my home, but it keeps letting me down.
First, I specifically asked for a vegetarian pizza and still received a slice with pepperoni in it. We didn’t complain then, assuming it was a mistake. But during my latest visit, when I politely asked for a couple of extra red pepper sachets, the staff member made a face and rudely said, “Are you gonna pay for this?”
It’s not about the sachets—it’s the attitude. There’s clearly a lack of professionalism and courtesy here. I’ve never felt welcome at this store despite being a respectful, paying customer.
If you care about respectful service, clear communication, or dietary preferences being taken seriously, I’d strongly recommend going to another location.
