I just want you to know my family coworkers and my boss who work down the street have been ordering pizza from 3406 Buford hwy location for an extended period. Every time I place an order, I request that they apply mango habanero sauce, and the staff consistently accommodate my preference. However, on my recent online order, Lucas, the pizza maker, responded rudely and unprofessionally when I made the same request. He claimed that in his five years of working there, he had never added sauce to a pizza and implied that he couldn't fulfill my request, all while being dismissive and sarcastic. Since he was the only staff member making all orders, he directed unwarranted frustration towards me. Due to this unpleasant experience, my families and I have decided to stop going to this location.

Extremely disappointing experience—repeatedly. I’ve given this Domino’s location multiple chances because it’s close to my home, but it keeps letting me down.
First, I specifically asked for a vegetarian pizza and still received a slice with pepperoni in it. We didn’t complain then, assuming it was a mistake. But during my latest visit, when I politely asked for a couple of extra red pepper sachets, the staff member made a face and rudely said, “Are you gonna pay for this?”
It’s not about the sachets—it’s the attitude. There’s clearly a lack of professionalism and courtesy here. I’ve never felt welcome at this store despite being a respectful, paying customer.
If you care about respectful service, clear communication, or dietary preferences being taken seriously, I’d strongly recommend going to another location.

How my pizzas showed up for my son’s birthday party is unacceptable. Mangled, cold, and completely disrespected. When I called to request compensation, I was hung up on by a rep named Jay C. I called back, and she half-heartedly apologized — only to turn around and refuse to let me speak to a manager before hanging up on me again.
On the third call, I finally get Nate Bufford, the so-called “manager,” who smugly tells me, “There’s nothing I can do because today is Monday, not Saturday.” What kind of nonsense is that? So y’all ruin a kid’s birthday, and your excuse is the calendar?
The sheer lack of accountability, professionalism, and basic customer service is outrageous. I will never spend another cent with these clowns. If you value your money — or your time — stay far away.
