Open very late. Service was good even at 2 AM, and the customization options for the Pho was very welcome. Their beverages were pleasant as well. The selection of Japanese and Viet dishes is perfect for late nights, and their self-service tablets make for a streamlined ordering process. Not sure which culture this restaurant focus and serve. Too wide! Good bingsu! I’m not a fan of the beef in Pho. The pieces are either too big or too thin, which isn’t ideal for Pho, in my opinion. It felt more like meat for hotpot. The fried tuna sushi roll didn’t have much flavor. The wasabi wasn’t fresh. I also tried the Japanese takoyaki, but it wasn’t great. There wasn’t much octopus, and the rest was mostly dough. The order device is on the table, which is a bit annoying because scrolling through the menu can be tiring. They have a wide variety of options, but the quality doesn’t always match. The service was good, though. The young guy was very responsive and friendly.

The food was good for a late-night bite. The pho was good, and the vegetable tempura as well. However, if you plan to come in the daytime, I would recommend enjoying the sushi somewhere else. It is adequate enough to satisfy a late-night sushi craving. I came here a month after they opened, and the food was lackluster. Tonight was my second visit, and the quality of the fish was exponentially better. The milk teas could be better, though.
I ordered the Pleasant Hill Roll due to the fact that it did not have shrimp listed in the roll ingredients, but while I ate my roll, I decided to check it once again, and it had a whole piece of shrimp on top. **I have a very severe shellfish allergy**, and I experienced, luckily, minor anaphylaxis. Pictures are attached for proof.
Please have your chef and servers check the food carefully prior to serving customers their food, and/or have the option to remove allergens on the tablet. I wouldn’t want anyone else to have to go into allergic shock due to a careless addition of an ingredient.

found a bug in my pho and immediately notified the waiter he seemed unimpressed by the whole situation like if it was something normal so wasn’t very pleasant.
