Service was rude very incompetent I asked them for a toasted white chocolate latte with cream substitute milk like Iike I had just last night and the man at the window said he couldn’t even though those types of substitutions are made on a regular basis he just didn’t want to do it

The slowest Dunkin I have been to in Gwinnett county. I shouldn’t be waiting longer than 5 minutes for a small coffee.. very inconvenient especially when on the way to work.

I asked them for no bacon on my sourdough sandwich, because I don't eat pork. I confirmed with the guy at the window and it was labeled on the sandwich box “no meat” but they still gave me bacon. I couldn’t even eat the sandwich because pork grease was all over the egg and cheese. The phone number is also incorrect because when I tried calling, it took me to this physical therapy company…? Y’all need to fix that.

Asked to change something on my order and they told me they couldn’t do that would have to cancel it so i told them to do so and went to place another order when the manager AJ ask me if he’s going to have to waste food now because of me and then proceeded to go back and forth with me and my friend and not give us the corporate number

Don't lie for donations. I ordered a large ice pumpkin spice Signature latte and 1 strawberry Donut, the screen and the worker said my total was 7.82. I had exact cash. I pull up to the window and the lady says 8.14. I asked for the receipt 2x. Apparently I paid for a donation. Had I been asked maybe I would have and yes, it's only a few cents but it's the principal.

Amazing! Love this new location! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The staff are hands down the best of all the Dunkin I been to. Whenever I run errands at chase I love to go next door and get my ice latte before I leave. Please check them out, you won’t be disappointed!
