The guy on the counter should be working at the post office if he has decided to give up on a customer service job and not be working at my favorite donut place. An Ai robot would have been more receptive to courtesy and gratitude. Sad experience but hopefully the next time we come back he will have moved on or been disposed of.

Clean. Dine in or take out. Drive through available. I picked up at this location and I said hello to the cashier and she didn’t say a word back. She just looked. This is why I rated this location a four. It would have been a three but the other young lady had my order ready for pickup in like two minutes and she was friendly. Plenty of parking and someone directly across the street from Dairy Queen. Delivery services will have to go inside to pickup.

Came to pick up my curbside pick up and i didn’t see any signs where to parked, pull up to the drive thru window for the lady to oh “oh you can park by the blue line” To which i did after 10 minutes of waiting and not getting anything i just got back to the drive thru for my items.

The mourning crew is point but the night crew is a different story. The young man served me coffe that wasn't hot it was more like Luke warm. He did ask me to check to see if it was hot and remade me another cup but it still wasn't hot. I'll just stick with the morning crew.
So me and my boyfriend ordered on the app when we pulled up they had no doughnuts (we ordered a half dozen) which when you order on the app it typically tells you what they are out of and instead we got munchkins and honestly those tasted a day old, with the doughnuts we ordered a hot chocolate and it was watery... Over all this location needs to work on keeping up to date on their app and work on that hot chocolate

The donut and matcha tea recipe is off at this location. My son loves Dunkin, but will not eat from this location. I only get the Chai tea and wakeup wrap here. Matcha is never prepared as well as other locations. Staff is always friendly though.
