Service here has been inconsistent and, truthfully, on a decline. When items are forgotten, there’s rarely an apology, even when you have to go back to retrieve them, which is especially frustrating through the drive-thru. Drinks are made differently almost every visit, toppings or add-ons are often missing (even when they’re supposed to come by default), and orders don’t always match what was placed. This especially sucks because I’ve been a regular at this location in the mornings for almost two years, and it had never been an issue before. Unfortunately, the last two months have consistently left me feeling frustrated every time I leave. I’m not one to leave negative reviews because I understand everyone can have off days, especially early in the morning. However, after giving this location SEVERAL chances, it’s disappointing to keep encountering the same issues, (which is worth noting that it’s almost always the same employee working when these issues occur). Be prepared that your order will not be made correctly if you order from here.

My order was perfect, and they greeted everyone with a smile. You can tell they care about their customers and take pride in what they do. Never again coming here!!! Opened up my hot chocolate and there was a dead bug in my drink! I felt something slowing down the drinking hole so I opened up the cup to see a dead bug. Disgusting
Ordered an everything Bagel Toasted.. It was tiny, and was not fresh at all. No crisp, almost tasted microwaved. The drink however was delicious and the customer service was amazing for fast food.

The guy on the counter should be working at the post office if he has decided to give up on a customer service job and not be working at my favorite donut place. An Ai robot would have been more receptive to courtesy and gratitude. Sad experience but hopefully the next time we come back he will have moved on or been disposed of.

Clean. Dine in or take out. Drive through available. I picked up at this location and I said hello to the cashier and she didn’t say a word back. She just looked. This is why I rated this location a four. It would have been a three but the other young lady had my order ready for pickup in like two minutes and she was friendly. Plenty of parking and someone directly across the street from Dairy Queen. Delivery services will have to go inside to pickup.
