I was going to the drive thru and the guy was very rude when I was ordering. Once I finally got to the window he started flirting with me and asking me if I was single. I told him I wasn’t and he ask me why. Idk dude because I have a loving and handsome boyfriend, can you please leave me alone. I would like to just order, get my food and leave. I love my boyfriend very much so no I am not single thank you! The food and coffee were good tho.

The donuts were hard. You would think that, if they were made fresh that day at 9:20 in the morning they would be still soft.
I would suggest going to Krispy creme. The donuts were horrible.

The person working at the drive-thru provides terrible service. He's Indian, and the service was terrible and he gave us the wrong product. We asked for white cream for our iced coffee, and he gave us a little bit.
McDonald's iced coffee is better.
I won't spend my money at this store again.

I’m done with this location!. Three strikes your out. Today? once again donuts are hard as a rock and old bitter coffee. But as my don says.. all of them are the same now a day.

Officially done with Dunkin! I should not have to beg for napkins and condiments. If the over head is too high to not throw one napkin at me, then shut the doors!!!!! Begging and getting one strawberry jelly without a knife to even scoop it is insane! I’m done! I was hopeful my last visit would go well, but then this short ride guy basically tossed the plastic knife at me and shut the window. This location is horrible ✌🏾

Super slow service, extra charge for oatmilk and barely any in it. Guy hands me my coffee and abandons the window. I have to honk after 5 minutes of waiting, Ask for more and get a miniscule amount added. Then have to wait for him to take an order for him to hand me my coffee. Over $4 for a medium hot coffee with oatmilk? No receipt given because he's adding a charge more than the oat milk.
Absolutely DISGUSTING. Between the SOUR milk in my coffee to the STALE donut that wasn’t even glazed this was the worst Dunkin experience I’ve ever had. Honestly the worst restaurant experience in general. When I was in the drive through the old guy was yelling back and forth with the younger worker. The old guy proceeded to yell at me when I was just sitting waiting for someone to ask for payment method. Then he snatched my card to pay. I’ve gone inside one time sense but it was the same workers so I turned around and left!!!
The floors were sticky, counters were crumby, and the bathrooms were disgusting. I’d rather drive 30 minutes to a different location. Or go to Einstein bagels.

If negative stars was a thing that’s what I’ll give. I’m a regular Dunkin customer but today just finished it off. How do you get a mobile order wrong? Like seriously everything is on a sticker but instead I get an Ice coffee with no sugar, no swirls, just cream. So Went back to ask to fix it but argued instead of making the drink right. If y’all wanna be stingy about your cups then make the drinks correct next time so you don’t end up needing to waste any cups and lose customers. This Dunkin needs to either find a new staff that knows how to make drinks correctly and people willing to give good customer service or just demolish the whole Dunkin building period. They are just stingy and rude. Never going back.

This is the WORST Dunkin, terrible terrible customer service and so rude. DO NOT give them your business. They forgot to add caramel and I sent someone to get a side of caramel (which I was willing to pay for) and the woman that worked there absolutely refused to give a side of caramel without purchasing another drink. Also ordered a toasted bagel and the bagel was thrown in the bag UNTOASTED, besides their drive through is the worst turn to order in that I have ever seen, be careful, you could damage your car. Go to the Dunkin on Pleasant Hill Rd. at the Gas station near McDonalds, 5 minutes up the road.

I ordered 2 drinks and they both tasted terrible. My husband also got 2 spider donuts and we were waiting for 5-10min just to get our donuts and they weren’t even busy. Then some worker gave us a weird look and another ignored us. Eventually someone came to ask about our order and told us they didn’t have the spider donuts and so they gave us regular Halloween ones and they taste so stale. Service BAD. Food BAD. NEVER AGAIN
