Honestly this location keeps going downhill and surprising me.on Sunday April 7 I Tried to ordered a milkshake was told store starts closing and cleaning at 9:30pm (it was 9:40pm) I asked for employees name and was told at first “We are not allowed to give our names” then when I asked why was told “we don’t want to give our names” I don’t know who the manegement is but they need to hire better employees who actually want to work.

This location has gone downhill considerably. Possibly one of the worst Dunkin’s in the area. All of my last few orders have had issues. Today, I ordered a frozen coffee that wasn’t remotely frozen. I also had hash browns that weren’t fully cooked. The other day, I ordered a chocolate cake donut and they gave me a plain glazed in a sealed bag that was stale and tasted like chemicals. They couldn’t even tell me they didn’t have anymore of the donuts I ordered.

Today in the morning I bought a latte, which they gave me very quickly, unfortunately I had already moved away a lot when I tried it and I realized that it was damaged, the milk was sour, it had a horrible taste it gave me a stomach ache, what a disappointment that they sell something without checking that it is already expired, if you buy any drink that contains milk check first before leaving the place, Apparently the coffee seems to be fine, but its horrible taste.

If I could give this place a 0 I would, they have the worst customer service. The owner which is a indian lady is very rude and unprofessional. I go here daily and every day the mess up my order when asked why her explanation is i dont know maybe the forgot to ring it up. The food has started to be burnt on a daily. Please do not waste your money here.

Poor customer service, and when I arrived home, I realized the order was wrong. Instead of the everything mini stuffed bagels I ordered, they gave me plain. My drink should have been the hot signature carmel craze with 6 pumps of carmel. I couldn't taste the carmel and informed staff who told me that there was carmel in it and asked me what do you want. I thought that was very rude and not customer friendly at all.
A regular hot coffee tasted like hot water. Wasted my money.
