Einstein Bros. Bagels

Always good to have breakfast at Einstein bagels . I love them . Specially Their Gourmet bagels .

Everything is great about this place. The employees the food and the service. Never had a bad experience been eating here for about 10 yrs.

I actually like this place. I go there for the green chile bagels. That is the only bagel I want or look forward to. It is literally ALWAYS out. Even if I order it online and pay for it. I come in and they ask me to switch the bagel. Why can they just not plan and make more? This happens literally EVERY time I come. Just make more of those bagels! Basic supply demand economics. I have reduced going there significantly because I refuse to be baited and switched. Just make more of the bagels that actually sell.

I love going to this place for lunch! Kelly is absolutely fantastic—she always makes my experience enjoyable. My orders are consistently delicious, and last week, I tried their coffee, which was simply to die for. Highly recommend!

VERY rude especially female Indian server. Disrespectful, if you're not Caucasian or Indian. I walked in for breakfast and stood for 10 minutes waiting to be welcomed or served. Male and female employees had their back turned neither said anything to me. I went and sat outside. Indian woman came out and told me they did not notice I was waiting to be served. I asked why she's always rude to me as well, she started yelling at me while the other two stood and stared. When I said I will complain, she told me to go ahead and complain she didn't care. . .

Best Bagels especially cheddar jalapeno/ green chili with jalapeno salsa if you want bit spicy or six cheese/hash browns bagel with veggies cream cheese are the best. Hot coffee is the best

“I ordered Santa Fe sandwich which comes with egg, sausage, cheese, roasted tomatoes and salsa. The first time, it had no roasted tomatoes and salsa at all. I asked them where are its roasted tomatoes and salsa. When they brought it back, there was just a little bit of sauce spread on top. I asked again, ‘Where are the roasted tomatoes?’ The person apologized and said they would add them now. But the third time they brought it, I saw that they had just spread a ton of Thousand Island dressing on top.
Even if you are out of this ingredient, just say, ‘We don’t have it.’ Customers are not stupid—they understand. If you don’t have something, just say you don’t have it.”

This place is Awesome with great Food! Friendly , fast and great customer service!

The employees are wonderful! Great customer service and fast service. The food is delicious with healthy options on the menu. I wish they opened earlier on the weekends but otherwise it is an exceptional restaurant. This location is my favorite but the Alpharetta location is a close second. It is 5:45 am right now. I’m praying the snow and ice doesn’t disrupt the 6:00am opening. They open at 5:30 am on weekdays and 6:00 am on weekends.

Risha (I apologize if I’ve misspelled the name) and Kelly were absolutely wonderful in helping me place a large order for a next day pick up. Everything went smoothly at the scheduled pick up time.

I visited this bagel shop around 7:00 AM because my hotel breakfast was unbearable, and I couldn’t start my vacation with bad food. Feeling a bit hungry, We ordered the Nova Lox and the Chorizo Sunrise Egg Sandwich. The Chorizo sandwich had a bit of a spicy kick, but it was still enjoyable. For two sandwiches and a large coffee, the total came to around $20, which felt reasonable. Service was quick and efficient, and the place was clean and pleasant.

Overall I really like this place because they have fresh tasty bagels and great service but I really don't like the layout of this restaurant. The place can get very busy and there always seems to be confusion with customers on where to place your order as people are often just standing in front of the display case instead of going straight from the register to order. I've always been happy with the food I just wish the inside was more cozy and had a better layout.

10 out of 10!! I wish I had gotten the woman’s name I spoke with when I ordered this morning.. she was AMAZING! So helpful and was able to fill my order right away which was kinda of an odd order of garlic bagels.. luckily they had exactly what I needed and it was delivered within 20 minutes and came as ordered!!! SUPER EXCITED to find a patron friendly breakfast spot! We are not from the area just visiting but we will be ordering from Einstein Bagels again! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
