I ordered 5 muffins and they were damaged, one goes for a service, they gave me my muffin crushed. I don't know if that's how they deliver all your orders, but the attitude of the employees is terrible. I won't return. They've lost a customer.

Einstein Bros. Bagels, is one of the best restaurants in the country. They have stores all over the nation, but now. Let me get to reviewing.Food here was one of the best. Award winning food here served fresh daily. Very tasty and provides multiple options.The service here was also excellent. They have many staff members, always happy and well rounded to the company. They have fast service, and really do care about their customers.The atmosphere is one of a kind. Out of all the bagel restaurants I have ever visited, this is the biggest one. Now I don’t feel claustrophobic every time I sit. Because this is as big as 3 normal bagel franchises. While entering the restaurant outside. You get to enter with pebbles! Not like literally holding pebbles. But like the flooring is pebbles.Overall, this is one of the biggest and very bagel places in the state. Come eat here if you’re hungry for breakfast or lunch!Vegetarian options: There are lots of vegetarian food options. Which really do taste good. Try some of their bagels that are special just for vegetarians!Dietary restrictions: Have allergies, the system tells you if there are allergic ingredients that may be in your blood ingredients. Sometimes they are in the name of the bagel! Like sesame seed bagel. ?Parking: Located just in the front of the restaurant, about a few 100 slots to park in, shared lot.Kid-friendliness: This place has a very safe environment, I don’t see any problems with the food here. Or any problems for kids.Wheelchair accessibility: They have double doors to the entrance, put door seating with moveable chairs and a shade. Ramp up to the elevated surface of the bagel place. Once entered the seats here moveable. And they have accessibility parking.
No better location than John's Creek/duluth. Fantastic food, presentation, and personalization are great. They welcome me dining in and even plate it differently. Overall 11/10

Went in on a Thursday morning. There was no one in the store. Only 2 employees working no one welcomed us in stood there for a few minutes before even being acknowledged by an employee, after us a few more people came in and it was the same thing, folks were just standing waiting to get someone to take their order. The food was good. Ice machine broken, fountain drink machine broken, out of almost everything, and highly overpriced for what you get. Disappointed.
They have a pretty big space inside, with plugs available on some seats. I came a little after noon, seems pretty dead inside since they're closed at 2pm. I recommend Nova Lox, a little pricey but it tastes so good!!! The blueberry bagel is fine. The one handing me my food gave me the brightest smile. Outdoor seat is pretty nice in a good weather, no plugs tho.
