Update: I contacted the company like they said to in the reply, it has been two weeks and no one has tried to reach out, therefore I’m still disappointed. Absolutely terrible location, I asked for our bagels to be sliced and heated and we received them cold and not sliced. I would not recommend stopping at this location.

Delicious bagels,cream cheese and bagel sandwiches as well as salads and fresh fruit. The Hazelnut Bakery blend coffee is so good, my personal favorite😍 They have cream, milk and skim milk as well as several different sweeteners so that you can prepare your own coffee/tea which I really appreciate. Atmosphere is casual open and nice for gatherings.

The place said they close at 2 pm , I drove all the way from Chamblee, knowing that I was going to be on time to order me some bagels, I got here at 1:40 pm , tell me why the doors were already closed at 1:40 pm , and they was cleaning up already with the some customers inside. It’s very inconvenient to the people. If that’s the point then update your store hours.

Anitra had always gone over and above whenever I have visited this place. I always have special needs like change of gloves, clean knife, a paper on the board before handling my bagels.
Anitra delivers highest quality bagels everytime I visit. I go by ‘Mark’ and have been coming here almost 3 years straight.
This is my go to store if I need bagels. I skip the two Einsteins on north Druid hills road/exit 89 and drive down to exit 104 to enjoy my bagels before work.
The time and drive has been worth it everytime.

The female manager wearing glasses was rude. Her team member screwed up my order and she made excuses versus simply acknowledging the error. I wasn't extremely upset about receiving the wrong order until I encountered the manager's dismissive attitude. I've resided in the area for over 15 years and this Einstein location has diminished in quality. This will my last visit.

Absolutely the worst location around. The morning manager is terrible. She either talks your ear off about crap you don’t care about or she seems mad that you walked through the door. I had a terrible experience a few weeks ago and it still irks me. If a customer comes to the counter to say you got their order wrong, a good manager takes accountability and gets it corrected. This lady made excuses (“It’s early.”) and was more concerned about her already miserable employees than the customer. Definitely will not be back. Buford and Lawrenceville locations have never disappointed.

I went into your store for the first and last time today. You couldn't pay me to come back here. Because it seems the standards are absolutely lacking. Based on what I've seen at the front of the restaurant I cannot imagine what goes on in the back of the restaurant. Or I should say, what is Allowed to go on in the back of the restaurant by your leadership. There was one guy standing there playing on his phone the entire time behind the counter in front of the food.
Cell phones are one of the nastiest things to have near food and it has been shown time and time again in numerous reports.
Yet here your restaurant is with a Seemingly non-existent cell phone use policy or non enforced.
Moving past that, I was not greeted by a single person when I walked in. The cashier seemed distraught that she had to take my order.
You guys really need to step your game up. Honestly I don't feel like you hold the full blame because Society has fallen to a point that I don't think we can recover from. But I strongly suggest you try to do better.
I usually come here for breakfast, but most of the time they somehow get my order wrong. Most recently, I repeated my order at least 5 times and they still got it wrong. I definitely feel like if it’s happened so many times, they should know to repeat your order to make sure everything is correct.

As soon as I walked in, I was in the line. It was their closing time at 2pm. There was only one person on the register who was taking orders. No matter what there should be two people on the cashier at any given time. Anyways, I ordered Texas brisket with egg on a cheese bagel. It was so delicious. Their hash brown not so good at all. Overall, compare to other coffee shops Einstein bros is my favorite place to go for breakfast.
Parking: It’s in a shopping plaza. Einstein bros have their own parking space for customers. If you can’t find a spot you can park anywhere in the plaza.

These are the best bagels! Sadly the service is getting bad and the place looks dirty, it's not appetizing to stay there and eat and see all the trash cans full of trash and they don't empty them and the floors are dirty. Last time I was there I used the restroom and it was really bad. Sorry to say that, but I really like this place and I would love to keep buying their bagels, but not in this condition.
