I visited Einstein Bros Bagel in hopes of rekindling a love I found when I first moved to Georgia. I was not disappointed! The young lady at the register was kind & patient as I read through the menu & made my selection. I have found many to be impatient, but she was not. She even answered my simple questions in a way that dignified me, I felt. The signature bagel I ordered was toasted nicely with flavorful cream cheese added. Mybshort visit was fulfilling and reassured me of the fact that I had been depriving myself of something I THOROUGHLY enjoyed. If ever I am in this area again, I will not hesitate to stop in and enjoy a bagel or 2 with a friend.

My local bagel shop, I love the staff always friendly and polite. Bagels are always fresh and the free online coffee is a plus. Jalenpeno Cheddar with lox is my fav!!

I understand that they get busy for breakfast, but the guy calling out the beverage orders may need another position. He either didn't know how to pronounce my name or didn't understand the how it was spelled. He called out my drink order and I responded. There was an order called out after mine & the guest took awhile to get it. The guy didn't have a friendly response to her either.The rest of the team was very friendly & welcoming. Maybe this guy just needs another position or needed a break.

I had never been to this chain until last year. I've been to this location only once. I had ordered on the app and it was set for curbside. After waiting awhile and checking in, nobody came out, so I just decided to go in and grab my order. They were not busy at the time, so I'm guessing they just don't do curbside anymore even though they still had the signage outside and the app allowed for it. They ran out of one of the items in my order, so that might have been part of it too. I picked a substitution which was the sesame bagel with onion chive shmear. I got an iced tea also and was on my way. The staff was friendly enough. I like the rewards program and ease of the app aside from the curbside situation. I would come back to this location again, although I prefer the ease of the Tucker drive-thru location slightly better. It's a good chain, I just wish they had longer hours - only open for breakfast and lunch.
