Jay and Joe are the absolute best! They remember my order bc I do come in every weekday morning! They are friendly and helpful and so sweet! They make my mornings before work better!! And the sesame bagel with honey almond spread is to die for!!!

I didn’t realize they premade their eggs and bacon, not made to order due to the price they charged for a bagel with eggs and bacon.

I ordered a jalapeño bagel, but the one here isn’t as soft as the one I had at the Alpharetta branch. If you could make it softer, it would taste much better.
I have order together with bagle abs sauce on it but She has given the bagel and sauce separately damn it like some work to me to add it and i am in rush to my work

I ordered from DoorDash. Not only was my order incorrect but I was missing items. Wrong items were placed in the bag. The bagels that I did receive were burnt and sorry. Completely unacceptable

Avoid this location. It’s Einstein Bagels in name only. The bagels they sell are not the normal quality, freshness, or taste. The bagels are not baked at this location. They are shipped from somewhere else and are stale and/or day old products

Stopped by Einstein Brothers 10/25 on State Bridge with another customer and her child — no one greeted us or took our order. One staff member was sweeping, and the tall guy who was on his phone. We waited with no service and both ended up leaving. Very disappointing.

Smaller than the pleasant hill store which is fine by me; however, the service was quick and the staff was pleasant. I don’t think most people know they are right there which is a shame. They should put out a side walk sign on the main road, letting people know an Einstein’s just opened. I just happened to notice them over there, while sitting at the traffic light recently.

We ordered the Spinach Florentine and Jalapeño Cheddar bagels from Einstein Bros. and loved how good they tasted! Both were toasted just right delicious and highly recommended!
