I had a reservation and had to wait 1 hour to get served. My appetizer was cold and after asking for it to be reheated it was still lukewarm.

Fumi is really delicious and service was really good. Overall we had a nice experience. I do think it is overpriced for the value of what you're getting. Our filet steak were very tough and a bit pricey for hibachi. They charge $3 extra for fried rice which should be included in the $40+ the entree cost. They also charge $8 for people who wish to share food. Not sure if this is included for children sharing with adults but it seems a bit silly when it's the same amount of food.

I ordered a lemon drop. It wasn't good. It was really strong, which some people may like but I don't. I prefer a nice balance drink and allow it to sneak up on you. They didn't use fresh lemons to make it so it was a syrupy, sweet, alcoholy drink that I didn't drink. Gave it to my husband. I ordered the NY Strip habachi. The steak was SUPER tough! Swear I felt like I was eating straight off the cow's back. I requested medium so that it wouldn't be tough and it was still like a piece of leather. Other than that, the experience was ok. I won't be back though.

Funi was amazing as it always has been since it has opened. There was a bit of a wait bc it was christmas, but I had a reservation and took un less than 15 minutes.!

2nd time visiting this restaurant, my first visit was some years ago. Me and my family went here on Fathers Day and they completely ruined it for me. We were sitting on the hibachi side and I ordered the Father's Day special and my son ordered sushi. The chef came out he went over all the orders, went he got to me and my son he said “Chick fil a for you and you. We laughed assuming it was a joke. He prepared everyone else food and he left. So somehow he forgot to prepare my food. I assume it would be prepared in the back because it was something different and also my son. The waitress appeared 5 to 10 minutes later and start to apologize. By that most people at the table halfway done eating. She asked if I want them to prepare it in the back by that time I was embarrassed and ready to go so I said no. We asked for a manager but was told they were away at the moment.

The food was cooked really welll except the cook rushed at the end and undercooked the veggies.

We were seated promptly after arriving for our reservation, server was amazing and attentive, cook didn't talk at all besides confirming our order. Food was delicious.

We had a very pleasant experience once seated, the only critique I have is their reservation system. Seems like it didn't matter if you had reservations once you got there you'll still have to wait if it's a holiday. But all in all a nice experience.

I made a reservation for 8pm, and while waiting witnessed the hosts accept money in exchange for seating a family before those who were waiting in line. At this point it was 8:50pm. The hosts then spilt the cash between them.

Great service, great cocktails and food. Just a personal preference for wanting tofu in the Hibachi Entree vs only being able to order it in a ‘Bento Box' . Otherwise, great.

Have been coming here since last 8 years to celebrate special occasions and otherwise too. Their standard has gone down. Last 2 times we've been here to celebrate the chefs don't put the show like they used to. They don't engage with their customers or even check to confirm the orders or about allergies. It's just come cook, serve and be out of there. It's very disappointing. We were celebrating a birthday and we mentioned that up front and yet they didn't inquire if they need to do anything special.
