They had a sloppily hand written and grammatically incorrect “Close Sorry” sign on 11/9/2021 with no kind of info about when or if it’ll reopen. The phone number is also out of service. Posting this so someone else doesn’t waste their time like I did.

Decided to come eat at this place but when I got here it was closed. I check the hours on their front door and it said they are open until 9 PM. I got there at 3:30PM. I even checked online to make sure they were open and it said they were. Would be great if when you close you update your hours online too just a thought.

I placed and paid for an order online, and when I went to pick it up they were closed during regular hours. I've called their online vender and they didn't answer the phone. FML.

Some of the best seafood I had in Georgia in a while to be honest. I heard that they had some problems before with old management but now they're better than ever. Seriously. I swear by this place. My daughter put me on to this place and its now our favorite spot to get seafood.

The food its always good as well as the service but today I walked in 30 mins before Closing and the lady with the glasses told me they were closed even though I walked and other customer were seated eating she wouldn't let me place a to go order...yep you guys lost this customer thanks to her!

we were looking for seafood after a round of golf and found this little hole in the wall joint, featuring casual/seaside-type shrimp, crab legs, and fish choices. Four different levels of spice are available including the top tier: "numb". I went with what would be a medium-hot level with shrimp and rice, really quite delicious. The shrimp were not overdone which is what usually happens in small places like this. Very Spartan place to eat, the TVs are the only real visual interest. Also wish they were using metal utensils as plasticware just doesn't work well with seafood.

I would give Fat Crab 0 stars, but you cannot submit a review without at least 1 star. I ordered 3 meals online for pick-up. Upon arriving they asked my name and provided a bag, tied and said thank you. When I got home, only 1 meal was in the bag. I called Fat Crab and really snarky. Said I could drive back and pick up the other 2 meals, but they would not credit the credit card used for the order. I had to dispute the charges with my credit card company. What jerks!

Facility was nice and clean when I ordered to go. But the crab legs and crawfish were just ok. As a crab leg LOVER, I'd give it 5/10. The crab legs just weren't full and they didn't pull out easily. The sauce had a weird taste, at least to me.

The bottle of beer and French fries were good. The shrimp were like rubber. The fried fish was raw inside the breading. The Gumbo did not have anything in it. Dont believe any good reviews you read about this place. Dont waste your time or money.

I’m amazed at the reviews. This seafood place is horrible. They give you less sauce basically almost a dry seafood boil bag and the seafood isn’t fresh. I’m a seafood expert. Just go up the street pay the extra $10 for Capt Loui in Duluth. I ordered here from Uber eats and was disgusted. My mussels and crawfished tasted old they only gave me about 4 sausages it was nasty. I had to go make my own butter sauce.
