One of the four workers was rude. Food was good.
This was my 1st time eating a firehouse sub and am very sad that they do not have one near me. We ordered online but was very impressed with the cleanliness and atmosphere of the store as well as th service. Our food was ready a few minutes sooner than expected. Our the bread was very soft and tasty. All of the ingredients were fresh and very flavorfull. Our sandwiches were made the way we ordered, (something that rarely happens with subway) they were reasonably priced for what we got. As I said, it is a shame that there are none near me, as I do believe they would have some regular (and very satisfied) customers in our household. 10/10.

Holy shit. I love Firehouse. But as you know, you run some risk with any chain restaurant. But this location. THIS LOCATION. My first time at this one (in the area). The staff was friendly. And my sandwich was freakin PERFECT. The balance of meat to veggie to seasoning ratio was unmatched. My order: the italian on wheat, as it comes, add jalapeno. Dear GOD. I am eating it right now and I need to slow down because I dont want this moment to end. :') Idk if the night shift is this good, but the lunch shift on a Friday at this location made my heart sing. The food is always good here, never have an issue. But today right when we walked in at 10:45 one of the ladies working said out loud “god damn” as in complaint that we walked in. She was voicing her opinions very loudly, cussing. No real restraint, no one is perfect but I’m sure that you hold your employees to a standard. At least while customers are in the building.

Destiny took my order and immediately made me feel special and welcomed. I told her it was my Birthday and the entire crew erupted in song. I smiled the rest of the day just thinking about it. My order was perfect and so was the staff.

The food was bad, sandwiches over saturated with mayo and bread completely soggy. We were both ill trying to eat our club on a sub and turkey bacon ranch, no ranch.
