Tried Firehouse Subs for the first time — really good! The bread was fresh, the meat was flavorful, and the portions were generous. Loved the smoky flavor and friendly service. Definitely worth coming back.

My wife and I visited this Firehouse Sub after a long day for quick sandwich at Sugarloaf Parkway and Satellite Blvd on Monday 10-13-2025 around 8:40 PM, and the experience was really disappointing. When we walked in, the cashier and sandwich maker were watching TV and didn’t bother to greet or acknowledge us. It took about 15 minutes to get our food, and barely five minutes after we started eating, they told us we needed to leave because they were closing and had to count the register.

We politely asked for just a few more minutes to finish our food, but they were rude and insistent. We ended up having to pack our sandwiches and eat in the car.

This is not the kind of service I’ve come to expect from Firehouse Sub. I hope management or corporate looks into this — customers shouldn’t be treated this way, especially right before closing.

One of the four workers was rude. Food was good.

This was my 1st time eating a firehouse sub and am very sad that they do not have one near me. We ordered online but was very impressed with the cleanliness and atmosphere of the store as well as th service. Our food was ready a few minutes sooner than expected. Our the bread was very soft and tasty. All of the ingredients were fresh and very flavorfull. Our sandwiches were made the way we ordered, (something that rarely happens with subway) they were reasonably priced for what we got. As I said, it is a shame that there are none near me, as I do believe they would have some regular (and very satisfied) customers in our household. 10/10.

Holy shit. I love Firehouse. But as you know, you run some risk with any chain restaurant. But this location. THIS LOCATION. My first time at this one (in the area). The staff was friendly. And my sandwich was freakin PERFECT. The balance of meat to veggie to seasoning ratio was unmatched. My order: the italian on wheat, as it comes, add jalapeno. Dear GOD. I am eating it right now and I need to slow down because I dont want this moment to end. :') Idk if the night shift is this good, but the lunch shift on a Friday at this location made my heart sing.
