The manager at this store during nighttime hours provides exceptionally poor customer service. As a loyal customer for 12 years, I can say that his attitude and the declining quality of food are driving away dedicated patrons and harming your business. It’s important to recognize that this isn’t the first complaint about his dismissive attitude and lack of effort to resolve issues. If you care about retaining your customers, consider addressing this situation. It's crucial that staff reflect the values of your establishment, and unfortunately, he is not setting a positive example. He talks a lot and isn’t very respectful of the customers dining who have no choice but to hear his boisterous spewing . Not a very good example for new staff in today . The cashier is always nice and courteous

You can't beat Five Guys hamburgers. Quality beef, fresh toppings and fresh potato French fries. Top it off with boxes and boxes of peanuts in the shell. Oh, and very nice napkins!

The Cajun fries were good and hot. That is why they get a three. But the burgers were bland, overcooked and quite a bit smaller than the buns. We used to love Five Guys and it had been a couple of years since we had been to one. Very disappointing.
