We’ve been wanting to go here since they opened and finally made it, and it did not disappoint. We tried the mango pancakes and the blueberry caramelized and both were delicious. We also got refreshers to drink. You have to understand that the base of the pancake is eggs so it’s not going to be your traditional, sweet pancake but if you opt for sweet toppings, they do take on that taste. Will definitely return.

This is one of my favorite dessert spots. I come here regularly with my friend, and we usually order the dessert pancakes. I haven’t tried many other items on the menu yet, but for pancakes I’ve had the crème brûlée, strawberry, and tiramisu flavors.

The tiramisu is definitely our favorite. The cream is really delicious and captures the flavor of tiramisu well. It also comes with extra chocolate sauce on the side that you can pour over the pancake, along with strawberries and blueberries, which is a nice touch.

The strawberry pancake is pretty good too. It comes with fresh strawberries on the side and strawberry sauce. I like it, but it doesn’t have as many different flavors or toppings as the tiramisu one.

The creme brulee pancake comes with ice cream on the side, along with bananas, strawberries, and blueberries. I personally don’t like bananas, and the cream also had a bit of a banana-like flavor to me. It’s still good, but it just doesn’t suit my personal taste as much as the others.

Food looks cute, but that’s about where the positives end. While the desserts are visually appealing, the taste absolutely did not justify the price. Their Benedict eggs are a scam it was cooked as simple egg in a frying pan.
SERVICE The guy at the cash register made us feel unwelcome from the start. Questions about the menu were answered with the bare minimum, in a very “meh, don’t care” attitude that made the whole experience uncomfortable.
To top it off, the café serves food on real plates but gives you CHEAP PLASTIC UTENSILS, which feels lazy and inconsistent—especially for a place that’s clearly trying to present itself as aesthetic and upscale.

Overall, style over substance. I wouldn’t come back, and I wouldn’t recommend it unless you’re only there for photos.

I found this place on Instagram and had high expectations. It’s located in a Duluth plaza with many Asian restaurants. The café is much smaller than expected, and the menu was missing items shown online. The barista seemed uninterested, which set the tone.
The pancakes were extremely fluffy - the fluffiest I’ve had, but the taste was disappointing. Too eggy for my liking. Fillings and presentation were good. The matcha was watery, and the prices felt high for what you get.
Overall: 3.5/5. Tried it once, won’t be back.

had a really disappointing experience here. I ordered a small pancake and ended up waiting 20 minutes, even though the place was almost empty. The staff were clearly not busy — instead of working, they were standing around, chatting, and literally doing nothing.

I politely asked about my order two or three times, but nothing changed. What made it worse was the attitude: some of the staff just stared back at me with a very arrogant, dismissive look, as if my time didn’t matter at all.

After such a long wait, the food was extremely underwhelming. The pancake was completely average at best, definitely not worth the wait or the attitude.

Slow service, poor work ethic, and unprofessional behavior. I won’t be coming back, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who values basic customer service.

Fluffy Fluffy truly lives up to its name!
The pancakes are incredibly soufflé-like—light, airy, and absolutely delicious. They’re not overly sweet, which makes them even better.
I tried the Ferrero pancake and it was rich and indulgent, while my husband had the matcha one, which was perfectly balanced and flavorful. Definitely a must-visit for pancake lovers!

I order a cappuccino and it has some pretty art, the fluffy pancakes were hot and caramel made them delicious. Cute place to hang out with friends and enjoy a delicious threat.

This is one of the best dessert places around Duluth area. The pancake is as light and fluffy as its name. Ingredients are fresh and most importantly, it is not too sweet. Everything tastes just right. I ordered a blueberry Soufflé pancake and it was enough for 2 people to share. Delicious ! Definitely check them out. They do get a little busy on the weekends, but it is worth trying. Small and cozy place. Can hold about 20 people at a time if you want to have a table to sit a d enjoy your soufflé. I ordered for takeout before but it doesn’t taste as yummy as when you sit there to eat it. 😄
