I will say when you go to the restaurant, everything is usually perfect. However, I would never recommend ordering from them on any delivery service for the past two years. They have messed up our order in some form of fashion and ordering tonight. We are missing soups, salads dressings that I paid for And the only thing they say is that next time we will just give you a free appetizer. If you want service from them either pick it up yourself or go to the restaurant the delivery and the lack of attention to your order stinks. I will be contacting the owner.

The food at Flying Roll in Duluth had good flavor and was nicely presented. However, my experience was tempered by a couple of concerns. At the sushi bar, where the couple working were conversing in Chinese, I didn't observe the use of hair nets or gloves, which would be reassuring for food safety. More notably, the way they interacted with a younger staff member came across as quite strict, particularly regarding a minor mistake. This was uncomfortable to witness and affected the service feel.

It was my first time at this restaurant and I had one of the best experience here, from the food, to the environment, to the most friendly staff I’ve ever met! This place is not only great in dining plus I get to meet the sweetest lady her name is Suki! The way she was treating me made me feel so special and loved. She was so sweet and kind. I really had the best time enjoying food it was extremely delish! The environment was also fresh and clean! This restaurant is one hour far from my house but I can say that it was WORTH IT! God Bless Suki and other staff for giving me such an incredible experience :) 💗

I got stuck having to have lunch at the office today. Flying Roll is close so I did and online to-go order. Very easy process, the order was ready when I got there, and my food was delicious. I haven't eaten there in awhile, but I am glad I did today. Thanks Flying Roll!!
