The food at Flying Roll in Duluth had good flavor and was nicely presented. However, my experience was tempered by a couple of concerns. At the sushi bar, where the couple working were conversing in Chinese, I didn't observe the use of hair nets or gloves, which would be reassuring for food safety. I got stuck having to have lunch at the office today. Flying Roll is close so I did and online to-go order. Very easy process, the order was ready when I got there, and my food was delicious. I haven't eaten there in awhile, but I am glad I did today. Thanks Flying Roll!!
