Frankie's was amazing! The waitstaff was on point and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The steak was the best I've ever tasted and the birthday dessert they brought out was incredible.

We were celebrating my husbands 70th birthday. There were 7 of us and the level of caring, service and politeness was over the top. We always expect the food to be amazing and we were not surprised as it was delicious. Patrick and LB were attentive without being intrusive. Not easy to do with 7 people at the table. Looking forward to our next celebration there.

Will be talking about it until the day we die. 🙏🏼🙌🏼 Excellent steaks, apps, sides and dessert. Had to order steak—perfectly cooked and flavorful—and will order my sister’s sea bass next time. Melt in your mouth. Grilled veggie platter side was over the top as was the asparagus and the brussels. YUM. We try to avoid carbs, but ordered the mashed potatoes. HEAVEN. Last, but certainly not least, was the stellar service provided by our white-coat-and-black-tie-wearing servers. So helpful, so accommodating, so respectful and greatly appreciated their influence in making our visit extraordinary. Thank you, Frankie’s! We’ll def be back. 😁

I made reservation for dinner to celebrate my 26th birthday and it was such a great dining experience! The food was excellent and the staff was extremely friendly and attentive! This steakhouse will definitely be on my list of "coming back to" lol

I went to Frankie's to celebrate my birthday. I selected the restaurant based on customer reviews and location. The food far exceeded my expectations. I had the NY strip and Brussels sprouts. The steak was seasoned well and tender, the brussels sprouts were recommended to me by the waitress and they tasted roasted with a slightly sweet taste. I definitely feel like I got my money's worth and the staff was very attentive. Thanks for making my birthday rememberable and an extraordinary experience.

Our waitress Alix was exceptional as well as other servers and our meal was amazing in presentation, taste, and perfectly cooked to order. An excellent experience that I highly recommend!

Im a chef and sometimes it's hard to find an exceptional restaurant to dine. Frankie's Steakhouse was nothing short of exceptional—the perfect place to celebrate my birthday in true style! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt warm, upscale, and inviting. We were taken care of by an incredible trio team—Gamaliel, Sarah, and Jackson—who worked together seamlessly to ensure every detail of our evening was flawless. The service was beyond attentive, friendly, and professional, making me feel truly celebrated. I started with the Jumbo Lump Crab Cake, which was beautifully plated and bursting with flavor—paired perfectly with chives, crispy capers, and a silky lemon beurre blanc. For dinner, I enjoyed the seared grouper topped with scallops, accompanied by roasted potatoes, cauliflower, and tomatoes in a delicious white wine sauce that tied the dish together perfectly. I also had a double cut filet mignon, tender and cooked to perfection, alongside lobster mac and cheese and toasted Brussels sprouts—each bite was rich and full of flavor. The bread was so fresh and warm that my daughter devoured it before we even got to the main course! The wine selection was truly endless, offering something for every palate, and my lemon drop cocktail was balanced and refreshing. Even the bathroom was immaculate—beautifully maintained, welcoming, and just as elegant as the rest of the restaurant. To top it all off, they surprised me with a complimentary birthday cake, which made the evening feel extra special. Every element—from the ambiance and service to the presentation and taste—was top tier. Frankie's Steakhouse absolutely exceeded every expectation and made my birthday unforgettable!

The customer service and food was top tire. One of the best! I will rank Frankies staff and food off the scale. Very impressed. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Great food and service, right next to an entertainment venue...awesome combination! This will be part of my planning for all future trips to Gas South Arena. Bravo, Frankie's!
