Loud music in the kitchen, watched my burger be put together then it just sat there on the white cutting board for about 2-3 mins before someone bagged it up. Also received the little bits of fries that were soggy and burnt.

Great place , very loud inside with equipment noise and the music . Great flavor burgers only mustard onion pickle on burger . Little expensive . Tater tots are perfect . Causes toward fry’s I didn’t find them special at all . Reminded me of a weak Zaxbys sauce and yum sauce .

Out of burgers at 3:30 on Monday afternoon! Pitiful

The food was great!!!! But the customer service was suspect. The cashier J. Crittenden tried to run a fast one on us. We paid with a $100 bill and he tried to short change us. When he noticed that we was counting the money he went to the back. We approached the cashier who was there and he came back already knowing what we was back for and he just went in the register and retrieved the money that we was short. To me that’s real suspicious and if he tried to pull that on us this time just imagine how many people he’s done that to. I will never come here when he’s here.

Very accommodating to my celiac! Friendly staff

I came here for an interview few weeks ago. I showed up early and let them know I'm there for an interview. About 45 minutes passed and absolutely nothing. I asked if they're going to do an interview and was just told I can either wait longer or reschedule. So unprofessional and I wasted my time. I wonder why "no one wants to work."

Been here for lunch on 2 occasions. The service and atmosphere are alright catering to a wide crowd of people from families to the usual lunch rush. The steak burgers and frozen custards are the are the main highlight of the restaurant. Out of the variety of side items, the fries would be in first place followed by the onion rings and in last place the cheese curds which I found to be more greasier than the onion rings! Nevertheless, on both occasions, I came out satisfied.

This is my second time at Freddy’s, and the experience has been great each time. The associate Dee made my last experience exceptional! They were very kind and made sure I had everything I needed. Please give this man a raise or free meals for life!

A employee named Dee took our order, he was such a charming, and professional individual. I have been here before I can see he loves what he does. Usually customer service is natural, you either got it or you don’t, Dee naturally has it.
