Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Some reason the facility is very very dimly lit inside and no lights outside. I had to tell the drive thru to turn on the lights so that I could see the menu. This wasnt the only time that I noticed that and I see other reviewers mention it as well. Maybe they dont have any intention of investing more into that building.

Price aside, this is the better burger establishment. Smashed patties, matchstick fries, ice cream, and that unmistakable retro vibe. All burgers wish they could be this good.
Though this style of fries is not an ideal vehicle for chili cheese toppings, it is still very delicious.

We came in right before closing time to grab a bite to eat. The staff was very kind. The food was hot, fresh, and good.

If you’re hungry for the all American hamburger and fries, this is the place. Fast food but many choices and then frozen custard.

Loud music in the kitchen, watched my burger be put together then it just sat there on the white cutting board for about 2-3 mins before someone bagged it up. Also received the little bits of fries that were soggy and burnt.

Great place , very loud inside with equipment noise and the music . Great flavor burgers only mustard onion pickle on burger . Little expensive . Tater tots are perfect . Causes toward fry’s I didn’t find them special at all . Reminded me of a weak Zaxbys sauce and yum sauce .

Out of burgers at 3:30 on Monday afternoon! Pitiful

The food was great!!!! But the customer service was suspect. The cashier J. Crittenden tried to run a fast one on us. We paid with a $100 bill and he tried to short change us. When he noticed that we was counting the money he went to the back. We approached the cashier who was there and he came back already knowing what we was back for and he just went in the register and retrieved the money that we was short. To me that’s real suspicious and if he tried to pull that on us this time just imagine how many people he’s done that to. I will never come here when he’s here.

The manager was rude and the cashier was just as rude. Considering that this was my first time visiting the restaurant I will never go back again.
