Update: We went to Do Re Mi Karaoke instead which is just across the street next to the Super H Mart.We came at 7PM, which is the opening time listed on Google Maps. The business hours have been removed from the window. For some reason, the front door was unlocked, but when we opened it the lights were off and it seemed like nobody was there. We called out just in case there were people in the back but nobody responded. It does not appear to be in operation.

This place is a disgrace to korean community. Scamming ppl seems to be the norm here.

Had worst experience ever with nrb.Gave us mal functioning sound system still charged fully. We had to move rooms 3 times because the each room had something wrong with it. There is no clear pricing for renting the room we were unaware of how much we were going to pay and charged $60 per room.It is ridiculous price, service, and quality.Boycott this place.

First time and last time coming here. They’re racists toward non-Koreans and extremely unprofessional. There were micro aggressions from the staff to make us as uncomfortable as possible to leave. No a/c, no food service. They quoted our hourly rate at 100$ and soju bottles at 35-40$.The woman owner took no accountability for her screaming and hysterics. She kicked us out for outside food even though her staff had informed us when we asked for the menu that there was no food being served and it was okay if we brought some in for the kids. We kept trying to reason/compromise with her calmly and trying to pay for the time we did get and the soju we ordered but she refused payment. She remained adamant on gaslighting and screaming at us. When we finally raised our voices to match hers she called the cops on us saying she felt threatened. She’s insane and does not want your business if you’re another POC.

We had to be moved twice into a room that was still not functioning properly. The mic was not synced to the system, and we could not change basic settings. The system was highly outdated, and new songs showed errors. The sanitation of the room was vert questionable. We left after one hour, and we were over charged (the manager had charged per person which was very unclear and not the norm for Korean karaokes). A member in our party had to dispute the amount, and the manager admitted that he had over charged. There are much better options near the area.

The first time I came here was in 2020 during COVID. My friend and I where the only ones there that night and it was really fun even though food wasn't served during the pandemic, so we just drank instead (soju). The hostess was really nice and welcoming. Fast forward to now (August 2022) I visited again with my brother and his girlfriend, it was a lot of fun and time just flew singing our lungs out. Same hostess that attended me back then was as lovely and kind as ever. She made us feel really welcomed and I will be going again. Prices where reasonable as last time.

Super fun. Wish I could give it a 4.5. The remote being in only Korean made it tricky to operate. There is a translation sheet, but its not easy to use. Nothing that would keep me from going again.

We came here to celebrate a friend's birthday and it was truly an amazing experience. The woman up front was so kind and helped us with any questions we had! We had so much fun and will be back!

We had a great experience here. I think the people calling them prejudiced are prejudiced themselves. If you are someone who needs your hand held maybe you'd struggle, but our group had a great time, loved the service, and the woman running the place even gave us free waters to end the night (along with hugs) when she found out our friend had just gotten engaged.Overall would highly recommend as an option in the Duluth area.

This establishment may not be suitable for you if you're not Korean. Upon arrival, my group was quoted a price way higher than the reviews seem to let in on ($100/hour). The group consisted of people who were not Korean. We did see other patrons arrive (Korean) who were lead into their rooms. This could be explained by having prior reservations, though. However, since we were all celebrating a birthday party, we agreed to this rate with the expectation that we'd be served just as normally as other guests. There were several bad things to start off the night, I initially dismissed this assuming that they might have been busy, considering every other place was booked. When my group entered, we waited since the hosts started the rooms were all taken and we had to wait for the other big group to come out. When peering into their hallway, it seemed a bit odd, since there didn't seem to be other customers since the rooms were so quiet. While waiting, I went to use the restroom and noticed that there were a few rooms that was open with no occupants. I also dismissed this doubt since there could've been problem in those rooms. The other group left, we were finally led into the room by a male employee and he got our drink orders. We asked the employee if there was any food being served since we had kids within the party who were hungry. The employee stated that the kitchen was closed so we thought that we just needed to order food. At this point, the employee heard us declare that we were going to get outside food to make up for their kitchen being closed and chose to not say anything. We sat awkwardly in the room, for what seems like 10 minutes, attempting to put songs into the machine but the machine didn't work. The machines had loud music, but only if you're not singing. Whenever you start singing, the starts music receding like LeBron's hairline in 2008. There was no service, even though our drink orders were taken, they were not brought into the room. We had to go back out into the lobby to ask for drinks.Once food was brought into the establishment, we sat down and continued to sing, but did not open our food. About 2 minutes later, the female host bursts into the room and starts yelling at us for bringing in food. We were all confused as to what we could've done to warrant such reaction. If the host stated that they did not allow outside food in the establishment from the beginning, we wouldn't have done so. Additionally, she could've just entered and stated that outside food was not allowed instead of coming in like we stole the Declaration of Independence. We stated that we didn't know outside food wasn't allowed inside and offered to take the food & kids out so that they can finish eating. We've also tried apologizing since we didn't know the proper rules of the establishment, as it was our first time there. The host then started to get very irate about the whole situation and told us to leave. We tried to pay for our time there since we did spend ~35 minutes there (33 minutes singing and a minute or so with the argument) and had 9 bottles of soju. The host then refused our payment and threatened to call the police while yelling at her other employees in Korean. We left after this statement was made since the host did not want us there. This place offers many basic services though, if you can get through the apparent racially charged mistreatment. It comes with a dark room, musicc & enough room to do possibly anything. If you're not Korean, you get the back room with no AC and no service. The hosts rarely check on you unless you bring in chicken nuggets. A "No Smoking" sign is on the door but the inside smells like they're filming a cigarette advertisement with actors who can't smoke properly. Their restroom offers one very large stall with 2 urinals. The sinks are very basic. Two newly placed sinks with 3 soap dispensers (no soap inside) and a napkin machine that doesn't work. The service and pricing here varies

I called before a group of friends and I went to this establishment. I called and asked if they had room for 6 people because it was late on a Saturday night and a few of the other places I called were busy. Over the phone the hostess said that it would be fine and the price would be $40 an hour for the room. I asked her if they had a specific time that we would need to be there to reserve the space. She said no it was fine and that they were open for space now. My friends and I arrived and when we spoke to the hostess she said that it would be very busy on Saturday night without a reservation. I reminded her that I had just called and they said that it would be okay for us to come tonight. Mind you my friends and I are African American women and this is a Korean establishment. I’m unsure if it was a race thing or if all of sudden they got “very busy”. But me and my friends were finally seated in a room and we just decided to leave and not stay because we were uncomfortable. We ended up going to the spa place next door.
