It didn't happen today, it's been a while since I last visited.I visited during lunch time and the partition table on the right was for customers.They told me to sit in the middle seat.As I sit down, too much sunlight comes in. Because of the sunlight, you could see all the dust accumulated on the table. It's so dazzling that it's uncomfortable to eat, so I asked if I could move it to a shady place next to it, but I couldn't because it seats 6 people.About 4 tables that could seat 6 people were empty, and there were still 6 tables for 4 people in the middle.It wasn't a matter of whether or not I should move, but I was offended by the servers' tone and attitude, so I decided to get up and say I'd come next time.The server with the pierced nose who was opening the pot to pour the broth into it took one look and covered the plate again as if it were breaking.How rude you behaved... I didn't want to ruin the lunch I was planning to enjoy, so I just left.I usually visit in the evening, but the thin server that was there every time was not there, and there was another server with a nose piercing.It was a weekday and it was lunch time, but groups of 6 people did not show up at 4 tables that seat 6 people at once. When I visited in the evening, I had a good meal because of the friendly server, but after this incident, I never went back.If you're the owner, shouldn't you be more considerate and kind to your guests?When I think about the server who was so angry that the plate in front of him was broken and put it back on top of the pot, and the owner who didn't change it because there were too many tables left, he was unhappy.There isn't even a single hot pot restaurant here. I don't ever want to go again.

This is my favorite shabu shabu restaurant. Very clean and foods are fresh; broth and sause are so good. Great atmosphere and service. 10/10 recommend.Also they have a great selection of (to go) home made healthy side dishes 한정수량 판매 반찬 (which are made in small batches every day and sold in small packages)My first son (who can be picky) loved their 밤묵 (?) (like acorn jelly but made with chestnut + almond) and finished the whole package...If u are nearby, please go and check it out. Won't be disappointed.

I’ve passed this place many times but this is my first time coming in and trying the hotpot. It was so good!! The broth was simple but was able to compliment any of the meats and veggies. She allowed us to pick the spice level of our sauce, and it was amazing. I had to ask for more because it was so delicious. It wasn’t busy when we came in (on a Saturday afternoon) and we got a plate of assorted veggies and soybeans. We where able to eat almost right away! I will be back to eat here again.

this was my first time experiencing hot pot and it was amazing. we were a little confused at first about what to do and how to order, but after fumbling our way through everything we had a wonderful meal that made me feel good the rest of the day. my only wish is that i had asked for more

They sell Korean side dishes in bulk. Those side dishes are better than their shabu shabu. Its a weid conundrum.
We have just been passing this place for years and finally we wanted to try as this is one of the few places near Pleasant Hill that we haven’t been to. As expected, it tastes great. This looks like another branch of Gom Shabu Shabu. We have tried the other branches. They have generous servings and the sauce is also fantastic. Would have been nice if we got one of the private rooms. Maybe next time we can go earlier to avail of one so I can give 5 stars.

Had lunch at Gom Shabu Shabu - a spicy noodle & tonkatsu combo. the cold noodle is insanely good, and fruity&refresh. The tonkatsu sauce was really thick and flavorful, 10/10 recommend for your special lunch time

The ambiance is amazing. Cute stalls, and the lightings are very aesthetically pleasing. The server was amazing too, she was very explanatory and help make the sauces for you.However the reason why the rating is a 3/5 is due to the food. The choices were broad and some food are vegan friendly. But for the beef (both brisket and premium) and vegetables (lettuce) had black spots on it.I googled it and for the meat, its due to micro-organisms and the vegetables were due to mold. I tried to give the business a benefit-of-the-doubt and asked the server if it was pepper but she just said no and took the plate away.

Karen was the sweetest when explaining to me what a hot pot is. Also, this is probably the only place that is open till late night, so if your hungry stomach asks for good and delicious food, this is the place to come. Everything is clean and well organized. Definitely will come back again! Wishing the best to the owners in this adventure!
