This was my first time ever visiting a Gong Cha, despite me being a boba connoisseur for several years. I got the earl grey tea, which had a good flavor. I ordered half sweet and it was just right for me. We got our order quickly and the staff were friendly. While the boba was good, I will say it’s a bit on the pricier side of boba stores.
One one of the worst boba places I’ve been to. Tasted watered down and boba was mushy and not fresh. Never coming back here again when there are so many better ones in the area.
When I first got here, I was super excited because I noticed they had a game to the right for the public to play which I thought was pretty cool. I love the different flavors. There was a long line and I did have to use the kiosk.(I personally prefer people interaction) if not it would have been a 5/5 Results posted on my TikTok Lovely_chio26 goooo check it out!!!
Drink was okay, too sweet even with less sugar for me personally, but what really put me off and won’t be back was how dirty the bathroom was. I visited on a Monday and it was not even busy, so idk why it was so gross. It looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a long time.
Nice light ice yall got might as well call it ice cha barely got any drink also charging $1 for toppings is jus diabolical
Bubble tea is expensive. Good atmosphere. Comfortable. Parking is free. Board games available. Service average. I go there sometimes and the location is great!
Went in to try a new boba store and was told that the promotion couldn’t be honored due to it being only available through text. I understand that promotions and deals can be applied through an app or website. But nowhere on their sign do such conditions apply.
Got the seasonal red velvet and pearl milk tea because of the adorable cute snowman bottles
Comes with the boba. Wish there were other snowman styles available like it was advertised or on display. Got all 3 same looking style.
Plus, I wish it was cold because it would taste better if it was cold.
Also, I got the winter melon oolong tea with aloe toppings. Aloe was too soft, would have been better if it was less soft, and little firmer so I could chew it. I was provided a red bag where the drink was inside. It's cute that I was reuse it. It closes to keep drinks cold or warm.
Anywhoo...place was clean, and you can play games, but there was only jenga and chess like domino game.
First time at Gong Cha, but I'm a chronic boba drinker.
I really liked the atmosphere inside the cafe and the clear pictures on the menus. The workers weren't very friendly looking, but they were kind when I asked questions about the seasonal flavors.
I ended up getting the red velvet milk tea in the viral gingerbread man bottle. It looks super cute, but it just tastes like chocolate milk. Nothing too fancy, but it's very cute and cozy, which I like.
I'd come back and try something from their normal menu, for sure. Definitely bummed that I missed their Wicked promos though.
I placed an order online. They said they would send me a message when it was ready for pick up. Not only did I not receive a message which I thought was weird, when I went in to ask about it, they said they declined the order. It didn’t even notify me that it was cancelled. I wasted gas to come here.

Came in for a milk foam brown sugar black tea, and they said they couldn’t make it. Based on the advertisements, there are 600 drink combinations. The other locations can make the drink but the cashier girl just told me it’s not on the menu so I can’t order it. I mean, as much as I drink Gong Cha, I can basically tell them how to make my drink. All you have to do is not put any milk into the dirty brown sugar milk tea and add milk foam. I don’t get it….will never return to this location.
