Not impressive from the outside. It looked like an older place inside. However, the food and the service were AMAZING! Both of us got stromboli. It's cheaper than a pizza and quite a bit of food. If my teenage son didn't help me, I would've only been able to eat 2/3 of it. The dough was delicious! I highly recommend stopping here.

Delivery order. Styrofoam containers melted into two orders, melting the sauce containers as well. It was a complete mess. Food was not able to be eaten. Long time customer but this was very frustrating after waiting almost 80 minutes for our food.

There are a few choices for the $8.95 lunch specials. I had the spaghetti with tomato sauce. It came with 2 meatballs, salad with tomatoes and onions and dressing as well as a roll. I added a side of 6 wings at $6 which is low compared to most if not all places. Lunch specials go to 5pm which is unusual. We've had the pizza before and although NY style, it was very good and was tempted to get it again. The food and service were great, but the atmosphere is a little tired.

I've had the pizza, salad, Stromboli, wings, everything is amazing. Really good food.

A must have when we visit John and Amy

You can’t make a really good pizza…without really good dough. Gordo’s crust and the chew of the pizza is outstanding and not an easy find these days. I popped in by chance, hoping to fill some hunger pangs and came away happy with 8/10 of a very large pizza that ended up in my freezer. Even upon being reheated a week later in a toaster oven, I was handsomely rewarded with a pizza that was as good as fresh from the oven in the pizzeria itself. This is what I had hoped to find as the pizza where I live doesn’t cut it when it’s time to reheat. Gordo’s uses what I am guessing is Mozzarella Grande as the quality and elasticity of the mozzarella is as important as the dough. Whatever brand Gordo’s uses, was really good. I know that much. Do yourself a favor and stop by when in the area or frankly, it’s worth a drive from a pretty good distance! I’ll be back soon! By the way, if you’re looking for a big fat, pizza guy tossing your pie, Gordo isn’t so Gordo anymore!

Very delicious sausage sub, I could have eaten 2 of them. The fries were great. Nice place to have a beer. Best pizza by the slice. The Greek salad was sooooo good!

I mistakenly ordered my pizza with pineapple instead of pepperoni last night. Despite this being my error, the restaurant graciously offered to remake the pizza for me at no additional charge which they didn't have to do. It's been awhile since I've been to Gordo's and I'm glad I drove an extra 10 minutes despite having 2 other pizza restaurants closer to me. Delicious and great service. I highly recommend!
