I absolutely love hot pot times! I had discovered it randomly, and it was a hit amongst my friends! I love having the ability to get up and grab food items as I need them and not necessarily having to wait for servers to get back around to my table to get my next order. I adore the sauce bar, and the ability to make my own is always fun. There are several options as far as toppings, drinks, and some ice cream and fruit for desserts. You get to cook as you go, which, for me, is always a really fun experience.

For everyone who’s saying “I got sick because of the food, the customer service could be better, etc.” Y’all. Find yourself a place that is $20 per person for unlimited hotpot that includes 4 different kinds of meat, a variety of seafood, sodas, bottled water, ice cream, and free appetizers. For the price, this is REALLY good. Also, you have to COOK the food. No shit you’re getting sick, you’re not leaving it cook long enough. The customer service here is great, you can tell by their mannerisms. There’s obviously a language-barrier, but despite that, they’re very polite. I usually don’t leave reviews, but this place deserves way better than a 4/5.

I ordered bone soup base. The soup base had no taste at all, just like boiled water. Before taking the order, the waiter also emphasized that no tip was included. It felt like we would not tip. It made me feel very uncomfortable. I would have given a 30% tip. Later, I only gave 20%. It was a very disappointing dining experience.

This is worst experience to eat hot pot at this location, the service is poor the food is so so. I recently had hot pot at Buford Lunar. After comparing both store, I can only give one star for the service and food.

Another dining option in the Duluth area is a hot pot restaurant. The quality of the hot pot is average compared to the price. The protein options are basic, and the fresh vegetable selection is limited. However, the seafood options are good. Overall, it is not a bad place to try.

My brother went to check out and the front desk said the tip was 188 RMB included. My brother gave her 190... and told her not to ask for it. When he came back to the table, the waiter asked me again and said the tip was not enough and there was still four RMB left... I gave her another RMB 5 Damn, I don’t care about this, it’s because they have internal problems and the service is really bad. We are 4 adults and 2 children. They didn’t refill the soup for me once. We won’t come back again!
I found this place randomly and have returned several times. The food is excellent with lots of flavor and it had a family friendly atmosphere. The staff is kind and attentive. I feel comfortable here. Thank you for giving me a great experience. 10/10
