I ordered a Market Salad here, but it came with ingredients and dressing from a different salad. I contacted customer service through the app, and they told me the store would email me, but I never received any response. This has happened about three times, with different menu items, and it always ended the same way — no follow-up at all.

We had not seen each in a long time so we weren’t in a hurry. Not only did we not feel like we were being hurried, an employee took our tray and brought us drink refills.
