no refills, i got three 3 dollar plates, two soups, charged 80 bucks, refused to let me speak to the manager or have my receipt. i came here three times a week and now i will not be returning. new management is awful and there’s bugs everywhere. when i asked for a togo coke i was given an empty cup with a hole in it, i had no coke in my glass at all only ice, they gave me a 6 dollar drink the “thai tea” in a kids cup and not the regular cup.
paid 78 for 4 ,3 dollar plates 2 cokes and a plate of cauliflower. Gnats flying around my food the whole time and mold on my food as well i even got the worker to verify it is mold.

I ate here at least once a year. It drops each year on quality of the food. The beef tendon is old and beef. I should not eat it if it smells bad. Hopefully I will have a different experience next time.

I used to love coming here all the time. I always bring my friends here when we go out, however there seems to be a management change. The inside had bugs large enough to catch your eye flying around. My friend and I always get the same thing and the price is different each time. The last visit they overcharged and I thought it was just a mistake and let it go. Today we went in got our normal food but my friend got the pork belly and it came completely frozen no big deal it’s fine, but when it cooked it was completely spoiled. The meat smelled and tasted almost fruity that’s how spoiled it was, along with the texture being almost mush and disintegrating in your chopsticks. Then my beef was so stringy and so dark it didn’t look like beef anymore. We will not be coming back here again. I do not recommend. This place has gone so downhill since the whole staff has changed. I miss the old workers and the nice man who would always come and talk to us and share stories.

This used to be my favorite hotpot restaurant, but this last visit was awful. There were bugs flying around the interior, and my pork belly had gone bad. Both my friend and I tried it and confirmed. Unfortunately there seems to be new management and it is disgustingly quality now. Do not recommend. At least I did not have to pay for my meat.

Paid for the lunch buffet but a lot of the plates never showed up. Not worth it.

Recommended dishes: I Luv Hot Pot Thai
We left I Luv Hot Pot feeling completely disappointed and frustrated. We paid for the All-You-Can-Eat, plus an extra $5 each for our 2 years old and 5 years old but the experience didn’t come close to what was promised.
One of the biggest issues was the revolving belt. It was shut off multiple times during our meal, and when it was running, there were barely any dishes to choose from. Many items were labeled but never appeared, which was misleading and confusing. If certain dishes are dinner-only, then those signs should not be left out during lunch, it just sets false expectations. Even basic, low cost items like desserts were nowhere to be found, so we had no idea what was actually included in the lunch special.
The sushi situation was even worse. Despite being advertised as part of the lunch AYCE, there was no sushi on the belt at all. I had to ask for it specifically, and after waiting about an hour, we were given just a few small plates, not nearly enough to justify the price.
The limited food options, lack of transparency, and poor service made the entire experience feel disrespectful and unprofessional. There are plenty of other hot pot restaurants with fresher food, better variety, and staff who actually care about their customers. Sadly, this was a waste of both time and money, and we won’t be coming back.

7/20 update to my review. The service of the staff has improve drastically. The food quality is about the same, I do like their new menu items although I haven’t tried them because I go to hotpot for the, you know, hot pot. The Lau Thai is always a banger, the service alone made me update my review.
They also have a AYCE lunch special M-F 12-3pm for $22.95. Might have to try that or at least see if it includes the same conveyer food selection.

The only reason im giving a 1 star is because on there website and door it says they close at 12am but when we asked the lady said they close at 11pm even though it was still 10:20pm and they were already locking up, i drove 30 mins to get there just for them to close early, im still hungry but im just gonna go home cause they ruined my mood

Disgusting and totally unacceptable! I ordered a tomyum hotpot and found a cockroach inside. The staff and manager ignored it, gave no apology, and showed zero responsibility. Disrespectful, careless, and unprofessional. This place is filthy and a disgrace to the service industry. Stay away!

Good food and atmosphere. Fast service.
I was told about this place and man it was a great recommendation. The food was fresh, great tasting, HUGE variety, just an overall great place.
I never eat “Bánh ướt “ really really bad like this . It’s really terrible, I can’t bite one piece from Ham, rice cake, shrimp cake. The shrimp cake burned, soft, jelly as plastic . They said “ bean sprouts “ out although Asian market near there, no responsibility!!! Never come back !!!
wonderful food, fresh, not expensive. great family experience
I visited I Luv Hotpot for their hotpot and sushi lunch special on 6/2 around 1pm , and while the concept is appealing, the execution left much to be desired.
One of the main issues was the conveyor belt system, which was missing many items. Several dishes were labeled, but the corresponding food never appeared. While I understand that some items are dinner-only and not included in the lunch buffet, it would be much clearer if those labels were removed to avoid confusion. Additionally, some lower-cost items, such as desserts, were absent, making it unclear what was actually included in the lunch special.
Another concern was the sushi availability. Despite being advertised as part of the lunch special, there was no sushi on the conveyor belt. I had to specifically request it, and after a 45-minute wait, only a few plates were brought out. This delay significantly impacted the dining experience.
Overall, while the hotpot itself was enjoyable, the lack of transparency regarding available items and the long wait for sushi made the experience frustrating. Better organization and clearer labeling would greatly improve the customer experience.
